We went to this place last night. Iy was hands down the worst eating out experience I have ever encountered. We asked for booth seating and even though there were 3 empty booths they sat us in the middle at a table. After 10 or 15 minutes we got chips and salsa but the girl informed us that we got the last of their salsa bowls so we had to share. About 20 minutes later our waitor finally took our drink orders. Mind you, we didn't even have any water at this point. My sister in law and my husband both ordered a margaritas on the rocks and I ordered a beer. When he brought the drinks, there was an obvious difference between the 2 margaritas. One had no alcohol in it and the other had way too much. And, we watched another customer return his margarita to the bar. And I honestly believe our waiter brought that same returned margarita to our table. After about 20 minutes the waiter finally came back to our table and we told him the margaritas were no good so he said he would get new ones but by that time my sister in law decided to just have a beer. 20 minutes later the waiter finally came to take our order. He said it would be around 15 minutes before our food would come out. We waited ANOTHER 35 minutes with no food. We finally decided to leave. Our food was nowhere near coming out. Hands down the worst dining experience ever. The staff were just a bunch of teenagers that clearly do not care about their customers. I would not advise going to this place.

Sat 10min before server came. Then it was like I was bothering her. Another server was eating off customers plate because she knew then I'm guessing. Food was average at best $15 fajitas that had 3 little pcs of chicken and same of steak. It looked like a tv dinner. Oh well will not go back.

I give this eating experience one star!!Only because it doesn't allow me to go any lower. I ordered a cheese enchilada plate and was asked if I wanted cheese inside and out? When it came, the cheese on the outside was melted more than on the inside, and no other toppings whatsoever. Not to mention it was cold. My wife ordered the taco salad, which was the worst that she has ever had. The shell was really a bowl that only held all the grease from the meat and all the ingredients were saturated and limp from grease. The salsa for the chips was as close to water as you could get. The bill of $25.43, in reality, should have contained a $0 on the left side of the decimal point. Once bitten, twice shy

Friday march fifteenth twenty twenty fourDidn't love my most recent visit to this placeThe queso was changed and not in a good way. The enchilada I got,the cheese inside was not melted. The tamales were dry.And I did not receive my guacamole. Too bad.Hopefully, they will improve their food and service soon.Because this place is normally very good.

My girlfriend and I came here because we both love Mexican food and we decided one night to give this place a try after hearing so many good things about it from family and online, and we both left hungry and disappointed. The steak that I ordered was almost entirely fat, not gristle, just straight up fat. I was able to cut around it and a small portion of the core was actual meat that I could eat, and though it took up the entirety of the surface area of the plate they gave it to me on it pretty much stayed that way. They served it with a tiny little cheese enchilada that was even smaller than the cardboard tube in a roll of toilet paper, and even the rice and beans tasted a bit like gasoline. The flautas My girlfriend ordered were a little bit better, but the only flavor either of us were able to detect was grease. I didn't bother to take any of my food home, but we reheated her flautas the next day and they actually tasted a little bit better somehow. Our waitress was so sweet and attentive, and if I weren't terrible with names I would mention her directly But she is really the only reason I am even bothering to give this place two stars. Maybe I will swing back around in a little while and see if things are any better, but in the meantime I'll be giving my business to Dos Chiles Grandes in Boyd.
