I go through here fairly often for the most part it's okay but yesterday I went through the drive-thru for my family of six (usually @$50) I was in a hurry so I didn't check all the bags, when I got home I realized we had been given somebody else's food ,so I called and spoke to the manager of course they say no problem come back through and we'll replace it. So tonight I did and when I got there they acted as if they had no idea what I was talking about! ? I will be contacting somebody

My boyfriend went through the drive thru he asked to give him a minute to decide the guy whose name was Keith taking my order said loudly “alright then it’s gonna be a minute then!” Then did the same thing twice really rude and loud then when my boyfriend was ready he said hold on! Very loud and rudely. He seemed as if he had no patience and was in a bad mood , I don’t care where you work at but you don’t treat customers this way. He was very rude and disrespectful.

First time and probably last time! Expensive! I ordered a Southwest salad get up to the window only to be told the only salad they have is a side salad! Why didn't the employee tell me that when she took my order.

The food is dry, the staff doesn't seem to take any pride in their professionalism, and the atmosphere is dull.
The management is very bad. I waited 15 minutes at the drive thru window for six tacos!

Absolutely horrible service every time I go there... It's the only place around here open after like 9pm. Always take way too long even if there isn't a line. Food is cold, people are unprofessional. I am making a pact to never go back to another jack in the CRACK. Burn that place down and bring me a taco cabana or somthing PLEASE!
