The service is terrible, the person who serves is very strange, he yells at the employees, and only people with an American profile bring food to the table; but if you look Latino or African American, he shouts at you that your food is ready for you to go get it and take it to your own table; He yells and tells the employees about his defects. I went on Friday the 22nd at lunch time; I don't know that person's name, it's too bad that this restaurant tolerates this type of behavior from this type of people.

Very unprofessional, manager was very rude. She looked like she had an attitude when asked for ketchup. Our first time there and didn’t know ketchup was located by drinks. Another customer that was there said the same, she said she made a snark remark because she was taking our food to the play area. 1 star for me, the food was hot but they did get it wrong, but I was ok with that, just not the attitude.

I went this morning at 7am to be exact. . I asked for a burger without pickles, the lady didn't let me talk, she just said something else. And I told him no pickles like three times. And she wasn't listening to me because she was talking. And he attended to me reluctantly like a genius. I thought she had a bad day but look, a friend of hers, a client, arrived and she started talking very cheerfully. It's too bad that they are like that with their clientele. And they owe their work to one. ?

3/3/2024 - went through the drive thru to or my food around 12:40 pm. Sat in line, over 15 min waiting on the food. Requested dipping sauce for my chicken wraps, was told no problem. Employee handed me my food without saying a word. Got home, and the food was barely warm, plus no dipping sauce. Horrible service!!!!
doing doordash on 1/28/24 at 2:08am and theres girl inside the office not attending just peaking out her head while theres another worker cleaning but not answering the window the LEAST they can do is say they at arent taking order but no been waiting for 30
