First let me say that I So Love Taco Casa and every time I get a craving for tacos Taco Casa is the only place I go to and I pass by a lot of taco places and I have to drive out of my way to go here but I know it's going to be a great day when I get 3 of their beef crunchy tacos and a large sweet tea (which they have the best tea ever). That being said, I had a busy day planned and I was thinking about tacos for lunch and my sister (who her and my brother in law works at Walmart right down the street from this location) asked me to pick them up sometime from here. So when I placed my order for my taco's and tea I told the young lady (I'm sorry that I didn't get her's and the young lady that prepared my orders names because I wanted to give them props) that I needed to place an order to eat there and another order to go and unlike other restaurants she suggested that I get my eat in order first and then when I'm almost through to let them know so they could make sure that I had hot food to go. I was not only shocked but I was very impressed. So I told them that I was on my last taco and sure enough as soon as I was through they had the rest of my order ready for me. My tacos were delicious as always and my sister loved her 2 chilli burgers and brother in law loved his super burrito. Both inside and outside was very clean and the staff here was very friendly and accommodating without me having to ask. I will definitely be back for my usual every time I'm in the area.

This was my first time my brother brought me to come and eat I was not wanting to go because I have never eaten there I don't like my taco soggy however they were so delicious like my brother said since you're going to love them I didn't want to try them out cuz I always like extra crispy tacos but these were like the bomb I love them they were super lit I will come back again the drive-thru was fast the food was hot and the people at the window said thank you very nice ?✌

Do not ever go here please. First off they don't seem to understand u in drivethru and then charge you for things u didn't order. The manager is an awful cow. Would not give me the name of there supervisor which by the way I have never heard before and would not refund me my money because I drove off but got back in line not 2 mins later. This place is a joke and if they have nasty looking managers there that look like that then food is not to b trusted.

I asked the cashier, I also wanted chips and queso with my order . He said, Nachos? I said “No, just chips and queso. So when I got my order it was chips and queso on top, which was a lot for one person. I went back and said I only wanted chips and queso on the side . He said that’s Nacho’s, apparently Taco Casa and the ignorant kid does not know the difference between Nachos and just side of queso and chips. Nachos have jalapeños and there is no freaking jalapeños on the nachos y’all sale for the high price. The manager did offered the exchange and $1 refund, I was like. Y’all can keep that $1. Not coming back because if your manager allows there employees to get smart with customer, then you not worth my money. When she told him to give me chips and side of queso, he said again “Nachos, trying to be funny. Stupid kid.

Went again..one more chance right..aside from maybe a teaspoon of meat and a long argument in half mexican from a rude mgr when i asked for a refund she underpaid then said shed have to check the camera to pay me the rest. No worries. Its worth losing a quarter to have this review. I hope it gets shut down. Side note. The one in Lancaster rd. Is great. Go there.
