“If you’re looking for a real slice of Texas honky tonk, here it is. We visited on a weekday evening after a trail ride in the hill lands and I’m so glad we did. The bar, ambience, players and staff were 10/10 as true as it gets. If you’re visiting Bandera, it’s a must-do.“

“Had a wonderful time visiting Bandera Brewery through the Harvest Hosts app. We were passing through on a trip from Houston to El Paso. Excellent beer, service, and backyard area! A lot of care went into making this place. The brewery cat was also very friendly! Will definitely come back here if I’m in the area again.“

“Great place, I ordered a well drink, Bartender made it quickly. The restroom is clean. Pool tables 2 and the sliding side door shouldn't be open when it's 30 degrees!! Too cold!! Not good for customers!! Outdoor stair should be lid up with light because when if your in a band and play you load in down dark steps!!“

“This venue is so much fun. We are 40-45 and the crowd is typically older, but still a blast with dancing and good old country live music. We definitely recommend everyone checking it out especially if you want to chill and people watch or dance the night away!!“

“We started coming here when it was the Chicken Coop. Stopped in on Wednesday 4/17 while on a motorcycle ride. The food was good but disappointed they no longer have the "big" fried mushrooms on the menu. I don't know if it's changed or it was because they had a big group of golfers coming in, there were no waitresses/servers. It also might have been due to it not being a weekend. Will go back but would love to see fried mushrooms on the menu“

“I love the fact that Susan s been having liveusic via Blues Festival for years and regular gigs. The people enjoy the music and musicians get to earn money for their hard workon their respective instruments. It was awesome to be included again this year. I had a good time“
