Terrible operation, I don't know why their hours say they close at 10 if they close earlier, yesterday I called 5 times and it was nine and they didn't answer and I went from afar to buy and when I arrived there was a woman with the door open and cleaning and she was no longer there. He wanted to attend and it wasn't closing time yet, I don't understand how this place works.

Charging 49+ dollars for 4 sandwiches, two orders of fries and a large order of cheese sticks. Went home with two sandwiches. Two orders of fries and cheese sticks. Called to report and were hung up on, laughed at and told that it was our responsibility to check the order before we left the site. Pay almost 50.00 for the wrong order and we are still having to do the work of the employees on site.

Overall good. Place was clean and modern looking. Big roast beef sandwich was very good. A little stingy on the fries with a lot of tiny pieces. Overall one of the better Arby's I've been to.
Not sure what's going on with Bastrops shake machines. I've gone to Arby's 3 times to get a shake and they tell me the shake machine is down. I went from Jack in the box to Arby's to get a shake and it was the same story. I am always on the go go and I like my shake treats, but guess I'm gonna just buy my own shake machine and make them myself because I'm tired of waiting in line just to be told sorry Our Shake Machine is down.

Good food. Friendly staff. Wish the order taker would stop asking so many questions and just listen when customer is putting in order.
We haven't been here in a while because the food was just meh. They have really stepped up their game. We got the 2 for $7 Beef and Cheddars and they were on point. Even the fries were hot and crispy. Arby's is back to having pride in their food!
