I ordered a family meal at the drive through today, Sat 4/27/24 at 4:50 pm. I don’t know who made the mashed potatoes and thought they were acceptable to serve, but they were nasty, liquidy and more like gravy. I live 20 minutes away and by the time I got home to look at it, I’m definitely not going to drive all the way back to get a refund and I paid over $40 for the family meal, what a waste!

I order a 3 piece chicken meal and a 2 piece fish meals. Once I pulled up I paid for my order and they never responded to me while I was waiting for my food. I sat and sat and sat still no food or oh I'm sorry for your wait. Once the food came out never did they say sorry for your wait. I told them I have waited at least 15 to 12 mins and he never told me why I waited so long. I tried calling that night and no one answered. I drove 20 miles to get this food and got this service, very disappointed.Saturday I call back and spoke to the Manager Delia. The way she spoke to me was as if I was lying about what happened and if I really called. I DON'T appreciate how she made me feel. I have regularly gone but I will NOT EVER go again and I will let everyone I know not to go there.

So nice to see the cashier peek in our boxes and double check our order before we left the drive through. Food is reliably good, hot and fresh. Only suggestion would be if there could be 2 lines. Shorter wait time that way.

The food is what it is. But, the customer service is terrible. A little training would go a long way. You want to know why Chick-Fil-A is the king of fast food? Study how they provide service. They are welcoming, nice and act like they want to be there. This place is dreadful. Not a "hello," "thank you," or anything.

The wait time for my food was long and people who came after me managed to get their food before me and my order was messed up.Overall the food was great just not the waiting time was unbelievable.

Just spent $42+ at Chicken Express this afternoon. A #5 combo plate and 17 count of tenders. When i served dinner, there was no gravy for the tenders! $29 should be enough to get some gravy. Bunch of kids running the place. Maybe need some "adult supervision" is needed.
