So I just went there and found some thorns .. (is that what they are called?) in my salmon which I thought was weird because it was the first time I find some in my fillet. I mentioned it to my waitress an d she was nice about it .. we laughed and just brushed it off. She told the manager and I over heard her telling the waitress to not be silly in a tone that made it sound like she was calling her or me dumb..I was not trying to get my food free ….seriously we need better management there !!Parking: Enough parking spaces

Solid spot for a meal. Chili's is open relatively late compared to other Bastrop restaurants. Service is always fast and friendly, menu is extensive (I like the burgers) and they have good deals from the pick 3 menu. Chips and salsa are so good too! There can be a wait on weekend but it moves quickly.

Waiter not very attractive, left cups empty, had to ask for refill. Food came out barely warm, conseded to have food warmed in microwave only to receive it back just warmed on top, middle still cold. Had to box up food and take home, meal was ruined and very lack luster.

Just moved to the area. Haven't been to a Chili's in quite some time. I honestly thought they were a dying chain but this location is open for a reason. Have been three times this week because the food is that good. Whoever is cooking is doing a good job. Fried foods are extra crispy, burgers are well seasoned and the service is great as well. A bit pricier than I remember but I love knowing a good restaurant like this is close by.
