My favorite meat was the al pastor! We bought half a pound of asada, pastor and chicken and they were all very good, i liked that they all came with tortillas and salsa.

Anyone that introduce to this place can't stop talking about if after they leave town. Colleagues alway ask about retuning when they visit.Food is great. Service is quick. Tacos, Torta, Chicken and Flautas in that order.

Since moving to Austin this is our #1 Mexican restaurant they are always consistent with the food the seasoning, sauce and of course friendly faces. Tonight we ordered the carne asada papas it was absolutely mouth watering and HUGE portion. I thought I missed Roberto's from Las Vegas after tonight's dinner "who's Roberto's". LolCarnitas quesadillas the hubby can eat this everyday he said it was juicy, cooked to perfection and enough for 2 peopleThis is my go to when we want Mexican food done right

A week ago when I showed up to pick up my take-out order(which they had ready to go), I ordered a small cup of nacho cheese, for which they charged me six dollars. Okay, it's a little pricey, but I was fine with paying it. Eight minutes into my wait time for a cup of cheese, (and an pollo entero combo order getting colder by the minute) I worked up the courage to ask about the cheese, only to get dirty looks from the workers, especially the guy who is always there bringing the food to the front. A couple of minutes later I was informed by the lady in the front that they were "making the cheese" and they did not have any to serve. Ugh. I guess they expected me to wait there for it? I asked for a refund to which the lady rolled her eyes and a couple more minutes later informed me the refund went through. Still haven't seen that refund and it's been a couple of weeks. Whatever. Their grilled chicken is great (thus why two stars and not one), and the only reason I've eaten at this place so many times but their customer service is not good if there is even the tiniest of issues. No apologies for the mistakes they made by allowing me to order cheese for which they did not have ready. The first time I tried ordering their meat by the pound it was chewy and didn't taste very good. I'm a native of the 956 area, and the pollo entero combo is about the only thing on the menu I can vouch for. I live close by and I want to give these people my money on a weekly basis but it's getting real hard with the lack of basic customer service skills.

if u close at 8pm then close at 8pm not 740. if u are going to close at 740 then you should change your hours to closed at 745 NOT 8 pm! i love this chicken but will not be going back based on principle. Find employees that want to work the hours and i will come back.
