To tell the truth, the food was so-so, my cousin got a slightly strong margarita and the manager fixed it. The waitress was a little inattentive, not accessible for changes, the customer is the most important in a business, without a customer the business makes no sense. I hope they can train the waitresses how to provide effective service, so that the customer leaves happy.
First time here very disappointed food was below average and the price compared to our mexican restaurants in dallas let's just say the plates and portions don't match the price... I do not recommend this place at all....

Never thought I would be disappointed BUT the food is NOT always consistently great. The service is prompt and FRIENDLY. Avoid the gordita or the carnitas. I wonder what has changed because they have been so good for so long.Kid-friendliness: Kid-friendly, family friendly, and large groups too
This place has some really good cheese enchiladas,the chips and salsa are a little better than yoi get at most Mexican food restaurants. The service has been good everytime I've been and when they get busy they still manage to get your order to you as fast as possible. All in all its in one of my first stops for Mexican food when im near Bastrop. Good margaritasVegetarian options: Cheese enchiladas
