I’ve tried calling this jack in the box on the number provided here and on the receipt everyday at different Times of the day to get through to somebody and no one answers. They messed up on my order. I got a box that had curly fries in it tiny tacos, and mozzarella sticks. I also got two tacos. Half of the curly fries were literally frozen still. One of the tacos was edible, and one of them was so greasy, but it’s soaked through the paper. It was in the napkins in the bag And the paper bag all the food came in. They don’t have a way to leave a voice message and definitely don’t answer the phone. Please go to any other Jack-in-the-Box. Don’t go to this one. They obviously don’t care.

Food wise pretty great. I mean it's jack in the box. People always seem to have a bad attitude when im ordering in the drive through though. Kind of a bummer.

Jack in the Box, is what it is. This one has pretty good service,not too long of a wait,during peak hours,and its usually pretty clean. I have been by this one, on two separate occasions,at lunch time,and once about 8 pm,only to find them closed. Thats been a little while ago,so maybe it has a little more "stable" hours. I've never been a huge fan of Jacks,but after a night of heavy drinking,it usually hits the spot.
Tacos were good. I forgot they put ketchup on burgers. I couldn't taste anything but the ketchup. It was so thick, it was running out of the bun.

The shake machine is perpetually out of service, the outside looks almost like it is vacant and the prices are getting out of hand.

I had a great experience here a few months back. The opposite of tonight.I pulled into the driver thru. They told me they don't have fries. None. Ok. No big deal.I asked what I could get instead since they didn't have fries. I was told anything would be an upcharge. Seems unfair to take more of my money because they didn't order fries.I ordered an egg roll, mini tacos, and a large dr pepper.I'm told there is no sweet and sour sauce for the egg roll.Again, annoying but not a huge deal.After all this, my egg roll was cold in the center.Two months ago I ate here and gave it 5 stars, today I've updated my review to reflect their current trash service.
