This place has gone to the dogs.I ordered a 3 piece original meal to go, when I got home I realized that it was old and dry I thought that they gave me extra crispy until I took a bite and found out that they sold me some old dried up original recipe chicken.Never again Satin.

I have eaten here on and off for the last 13 years, since I moved to the area. We never really had good service but I do like the food. I do not know how long Kenneth has worked here, but he sure changed my mind on the service! The food took a while but it was fresh by the time we got it and the service was much better than ever. If he's working there now I will be back more often.

Stopped here today on my way to Houston. The man that helped us was super courteous and seemed happy to help. I saw he was working drive thru and inside register. I was amazed at his upbeat attitude and can do attitude.So much so I asked his name. It is Kenneth.If he is there, you can bet you will have a pleasant visit.

Had to wait 10 minutes to order. Waited for 15 minutes and they told us no coleslaw . Waited another 15 minutes and they said we had to wait 12 more minutes for biscuits. Then one male employee was wearing a tank top shirt and not a uniform shirt. Bad experience today. It's sad it's the only KFC in Bastrop.
