I don't like this McDonald's as much as others. I was looking forward to getting a hot chocolate with fudge topping. I was not able to eat supper the day before so I looked especially forward to my hot chocolate. Later after I drove away I realized it that there was no whipped cream topping or fudge and it had not melted, there was none.The Spanish lady handing me the food another 2 times I visited was really nice ?.I definitely would give her 5 stars.The drive thru where you get the food has been a bit weird where they keep telling you to drive to the right on a bit of an uneven street to wait for your food.It's not all bad, the drive thru lady was really friendly that one time and did an excellent job.

Always leave something out of the order that I paid for, total rip off!
I would leave zero stars if it would let me. Have been inside this location many many times as I live in town. Stood at the front counter for more than 10 minutes without being acknowledged even though multiple employees walked by. Finally, I got tired of waiting and left. Wish I could say this was the first time, but sadly, it is not. Have been in location while employees were arguing and cussing. Witnessed management degrading an employee in front of customers. I could go on and on. Do better bastrop. Do better. I just want to get some food without it taking 30 minutes and without wading through drama!

I like the interior of 22 years ago much better….New, cool an automated is not always better.Very impersonal atmosphere with the new remodel… the drive-through needs to keep moving instead of being jammed up, making it difficult to get off the street.I’m glad there is a McDonald’s in Bastrop !Parking: Can hardly get off the street and the drive-through needs to take on a couple gears…El Jambed
