Ordered online to pick up in store. Got to store when order was ready. Doors locked. Employees inside watching me try to get in. Long drive through line and I had to wait in it for my food that had been ready for already 30 minutes. I ordered online to pick my food up right away, not to wait in line and be ignored when at the door.

Not really sure why the orders aren't ever correct when I order online. There's almost always something missing and/or incorrect items, and their "support" to try and get things corrected, (since the restaurant never answers), never responds either. 1 of the biggest mistakes, that still hasn't been responded to in over a month is what is pictured. You can CLEARLY see I'm missing items and never even ordered the shrimp.....

Guy at the drive thru window was super rude, rollled his eyes when we asked for our straws and when my parents were trying to order in broken English instead of trying to help and grab another employee that spoke Spanish he yelled “I DONT SPEAK SPANISH” so I intervened to help them. Please get better employees that don’t drag their negative attitudes around

More than 30 minutes to receive my online order just to be told I had to wait another 5 minutes to receive the rest of my order. Asked for my refund and they tell me they can’t issue me one because they don’t have the managers password. Had to leave without my food nor my money. Terrible service.

My husband gets home with our food and to find out 2 of our egg rolls we’re not in the bag. And then, I open my plate and there was a mosquito bug dead on my teriyaki chicken. I called the location and no answer.
This location is always short staffed, and this time around I placed a mobile order, then show up to find out the lobby is closed. They wouldn't answer the phone, so I had to wait in the extremely long drive-thru line while my food and drinks sit. I understand the staff that are willing to work there are doing their best, but someone higher up should not be allowing mobile ordering in these situations. I could have been waiting in the drive thru line that whole time I was waiting at home for the "order ready" text.

I went to your restaurant last night. I cannot believe that yall would put a product out there , that was just horrible. The chow mein was dry. I asked for Bejing Beef. I was told that it would take 15 min. When i know it takes 6 min to make. TheTerryaki chicken was not even cooked all the way through. The egg rolls were frozen in the middle and the rangoons were over cooked. I will never return to your establishment.

I originally went to the Panda in Elgin for a family meal on Sunday night. However, Elgin no longer sells Sweet Fire Chicken. So I drove all the way over to the Bastrop location for Sweet Fire Chicken and Orange Chicken. First thing I was told was they were out of Orange Chicken. I was like okay, I order a large order of Sweet Fire Chicken and that was it. I went up to the window and the kid there was polite but more worried about goofing off with the coworker. I got my order and drove home. When I got home I unloaded everything from both restaurants and found I was given a burnt container or chow mein and not the Sweet Fire Chicken I ordered. I attempted to contact the restaurant several times and no one picked up the phone. Beware if they act like they are not paying attention they are not and make sure to open every container before you leave the window. I would of gone back if I was not already 20 minutes away.
