Terrible experience. Dude (glasses, tattoo on his right arm) had to make my pizza three different times because he didn't know how to keep onions off of the pizza. I'm allergic and they make me sick...I said this multiple times. He clearly didn't care. Treated me hostilely and sarcastically, no apologies or understanding. When I asked him why he was treating me so poorly he said "well I have other stuff to do" and then said sarcastically "sorry if like TWO pieces of onion got onto your pizza." Not great.

Had a not so great experience here at the Bastrop Papa Murphys. I was not greeted with a hello but rather a "are you here to order or pick-up" I ordered two keto pizzas. I used to order these and got a serious 6-8 servings. This time there was so little cheese and fixings that there was not really even two servings. I was charged same price as for two pizzas and got next to nothing. If you get a keto pizza make sure they GIVE YOU WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR I SURE WAS NOT.

The pizza we ordered was wonderful but can I make a suggestion to make it even better? Maybe try putting cheese in the crust of the stuffed pizza because that's a lot of bread without anything in

They advertise a 12.00 large pizza on Tuesday, then charge you 16.00. I'm fed up and demanded a refund. That kind of deceptive advertising is illegal.
I ran in to order tonight right before they closed and even though they were cleaning up and wrapping up for the day and Sasha and Jessie were so welcoming and didn’t hesitate to greet me happily and make my pizza with positive attitudes. You don’t find that at many places anymore especially for last minute orders . Thank you so much Sasha and Jessie! You are awesome!
