Two issues here. So I ordered online, got there…. 1. My drink item was not available … ok that’s fine, no big deal and I was reimbursed. I get home and 2. Items from my order are missing !!!!!! I tried calling but I got the message “welcome to Verizon wireless, your call cannot be completed at this time” …. This IS NOT the first time that my items have been missing. Several other times items have been missing and I just pass it off as mistakes happen but this time I am really frustrated on how it can be SO HARD to get an order right ?! I don’t have time to go back, it’s late, I haven’t eaten all day… I mean all I wanted was some food ? How hard can it be … avoid this location if possible.

I was there today and I should have known better but my grandson was hungry 17.00 later it was a waste I ordered a corn dog w fries kids meal corn dog was burned past edible went in trash first drink was wrong had to return it no toy included jalapeno poppers and cheese sticks were close to being burnt to a crisp I order small fries the 10 I got were edible looks like this location goes back on the never again list and it wasn't busy when you hire teens that's what you get someone only caring about a paycheck

i was there for 30 minutes the lil girl came to the window with just a milkshake when i ordered a number 7 with tater tots and mozzarella sticks and she came to the window and said there was no tater tots that was horrible service i was not the car hoppers fault ur was who ever took the order. first she came out and said my food was already given to me i will not be going to this location anymore

Super friendly and helpful even though it was busy. Food was good. I love the little Buffalo chicken bites. I had expected them to be like a ravioli; I was wrong, these little guys have a good crunch. Thank you for helping us feel welcome here.

Pretty pitiful today, Sonic. I ordered 2 #7 combos today and when we got home, there was hardly any chili cheese on them! Y'all weren't even busy when we came by. Basically we got a plain hot dog and a chili cheese dog, that's how little of an amount we got. I'd post a picture, but I don't see an option in thus review.

This afternoon I passed by and asked for a combo of double cheeseburger with onion rings. I received a cheeseburger and potatoes tots. ??♀️ I couldn’t return it. I have to eat what I received.
I get a few shakes/ slushies every week. The last month or so the frosting they put in the strawberry cheesecake shake has smelled like very dirty privates. I don’t think they r cleaning the canisters or machine. I went in to address this and an employee said they don’t clean the canisters they just refill them. Don’t get their frosting or whipped cream on your food. It’s sitting in spoiled canisters filled with moldy gunk. Their turn around time needs work. Waiting 25/30 mins to get three drinks 1 slushie and 2 shakes is unacceptable. The staff scoff when you ask how much longer like they are the ones not working there. Very sad. Management must be so proud.

Although this was one of many visits, it was definitely memorable. It was Halloween night (also ½ Price Burgers & 50¢ Corn Dogs). The price adjustment was not applying on my app. Instantly, the friendliest young woman was at our vehicle to assist us. After chatting about 50¢ Corn Dogs & limits & most ever ordered, etc., we placed our order directly with her; not on the app, not over the speaker... Not even written down! Our order arrived quickly & despite the customizations, without error. I wish every visit to any place could be this remarkable!

I felt incoherent about the 7 dollar special and asked the person who order my food and they didn’t know what I was talking about. Then the assistant manager delivered my food and was sweet and wonderful customer service person. I told her what I was seeing what they had that was showing on tv and she knew exactly what I was talking about. The assistant manager definitely deserves a raise or something for her dedication and kindness. Oh food was good except my husband was like what is this a small order of tator tots. Lol I was like it was a large order and I ate half with my burger.
