I was told 58-63 min when I ordered online. At 60 min they told me 30 min longer. Most of the wings were dry(they're supposed to be sauced). The fries were overcooked and unseasoned. Food would be put on a counter to go out, and the cashiers would just walk by it. With people everywhere waiting for food. Get it together wingstop.

After a visit to Jackson Hewitt today I needed some wings and a few beers. Thank God for our local Wingstop in Bastrop I arrived expecting to wait a while so we placed our order got my first beer and after about 45 minutes when we were told an hour we had our wing and let me tell you they did not disappoint those Wet Hot Lemon-pepper wing were awesome. Thank you Trinity for a wonderful experience we will be back.
Online order. Aprox. 35mins, Actually took 50mins. First time I experienced wings from WingStop that had way too much seasoning. I probably won't order again during their busy hours. The staff in there seemed like they could barely keep up.

Waited for my order for literally over an hour. The place was packed with a line down to the restroom. All the orders pictured were just sitting there and the female at the counter refused to check and answer people when they called their name out to see if one of the sitting orders was theirs. Most absurd experience.
Such a bad place to eat, went in and the manager was drilling this guy who called HR. She said some pretty messed up things to him. I don't see how anyone would want to work for this kind of environment. No wonder our food takes to long to come out, and the people come off rude alot. Human Resources really needs to shine their spotlight on this store for sure! Will probably stop eating here, and just get wings from a local place. Bad environment to eat at...

Don't really leave reviews on places, but just found out a guy lost his job due to calling HR. Never really cared for the manager here either. They all got their own agendas. This place really has gone down hill and I can see why, people try to change the bad and lose their jobs while participating in a protected federal act. I'm no lawyer but that sounds like a lawsuit.

Absolutely terrible. I had called and made a to go order and they told be to be there in 30 minutes I show up they said it’ll be 5-10 minutes I say okay. I ask again in 10 minutes they said it looks like another 5-10 minutes I said okay. I check again sorry we are waiting on the buns I check again sorry waiting on the fry’s. When I was trying to explain to the worker how long I was waiting they cut me off and said just tell me what you need. Still another 5 minutes. Absolutely terrible service. Also forgot to put ranch in the bag. Nightmare I will never go back to this place
