Even though burger was good it looked kinda thrown together. Fries were great. It was middle of the day and thet only had drive-thru open, when they have a full dining area.

Why hasn't the health department shut down this place? Lettuce was black which can make people sick. Burger thin and cold. It's like they pulled the patty out of the freezer and tossed it into the microwave for a minute. Cheese not melted. I asked for mayo but they put mustard. I have no idea why someone would rate this place with 5 stars unless they owned it or worked there. Please listen to all the 1 star reviews. They refused to give me a refund. I ended up throwing away the burger rather than risk getting food poisoning. Or maybe I should have risked it and sued them which would force them to shut down. If anyone wants to take one for the team, go for it!

I got there there was nobody inside or in the drive thru! Ordered the double play with a coke and a extra order of onion rings! Was impressed the fries and onion rings were fresh! And the burger was juicy!! The coke was flat but that was the only bad thing!!?

Visited Alexander Dr location Dec 20, 2023. Ordered two homerun combos, first strike was no Dr Pepper, strike two was the burgers, buns were small, lettuce was a week past garbage date,the meat patty appeared to have been heated in a toaster to a grey sheen. My wife took one bite and it went to the garbage, two bites and I followed suit. I will say fries were tolerable. Next time I will drive the extra mile for Whataburger
First time going here and it was a good experience. Friendly lady and great service. I ordered the Double Combo and it was very good and plenty of fries.I’ll definitely be back.
