STOP and Read This Honest review. This was the WORST BBQ I have ever had in my life. Riblets were disgusting, Three meat plate was awful, and they even managed to ruin the Boudin and a Baked Potato with meat. (I never go out of my to post reviews until now). Ignore the Texas Monthly article and save your money.
Nice quality of ribs. Ribs could have had more seasoning. Mac and cheese needed a little work too! However, the green beans looked and tasted like they just opened the can and added onions. The next day I got sick for two days!

DO NOT ORDER HERE , food is disgusting , beans were gross ! How do you mess up beans !!!? macaroni was gross too had no flavor! Chicken was undercooked and pink. Only thing good was the sausage. Overpriced too!

Food is all cold ppl there are rude charge for every single thing litterly got the special bake potatoes it's was super cold no cheese then wen I ask for cheese they said extra like omg I got a coke since came with coke but machine only had dr peper they told me bottle ones are extra 3 dollar like wat the drink never again worst bar bq place my food was cold I didn't even eat it being friendly would have help but nope they are stingy

I ordered 70 leg quarters and some of the pieces still had red on the meat and bone. I was told by the representative there it was smoked and the red means it was cooked I totally disagree, if it was fully cooked all the way I wouldn’t have had seen red on the bone and meat. I will say the dirty rice was very tasty and delicious.

Food prices have gone up here like most places ?. Seasoned fried okra is delicious (sorry, I ate it all before taking a picture) Loaded.Baked Potato with chopped beef was delicious as well(added bb sauce and sour cream after picture)

We had (2) Shrimp & Fish Plates delivered tonight and we couldn’t even eat it! The food stunk and was burnt! ?

Ordered the sausage plate with Mac and cheese and mashed potatos, the portions where right but there was no flavor at all they need to season better their dishes. The only flavor I had was from the jalapeño bread toast Lol not good i I feel like it’s kinda pricey for what it taste like! $16 for that specific plate it’s a bit much and it doesn’t taste good.

Went to pick up a to go order they said it would be ready in 10 minutes I showed up in a timely manner and walked inside the establishment; my food was ready sitting on the counter; I told the gentleman I'm here for pick up, they proceeded to ignore the fact that I was there, made new plates for 3 customers that I just watched order their food, those 3 customers plus 2 drive thru customers got their food and left, 25 minutes after I arrived I was still just looked at, when I walked out and got in my car they flagged me down only because they knew they were going to lose a sale. They served everyone Hispanic new sale or not before giving me my food. When I told them I watched my food just sit there and showed them the food was cold now, all he said was sorry and then tried to offer me a drink which I refused. I will be using Kings BBQ across the way for my future BBQ needs. Not a place to spend your non hispanic dollars. They are so nice in the drive thru, I've used them for years, the one time I walked inside and they didn't have a vehicle to recognize me by; this was the treatment I received. I wish I knew sooner not to spend my money here.
The food is always just right. Very consistent, and the folks there do a great job of satisfying the order.
