second time we tried to eat here in Baytown location. First time they sat us and forgot about us. We tried to get their attention and got ignored completely tonight the hostess with horrible attitude sat us at a dirty table and i decided to tell the manager. He was making excuses for the hostess' attitude which was super rude. The manager was incompetent and never even tried to fix the problem. now i know why its happening. I have visited Pasadena location and its way betterstopped at Texas Roadhouse was an amazing experience as always
One of our favorite places for date night! Do not recommend big family gatherings because of the wait time. The spinach dip and complimentary honey butter croissants are our favorite. Nice, cozy environment to spend time with your loved ones.Kid-friendliness: I personally don’t take my small kids because I’m trying to enjoy my meal.

The service was very good, staff was friendly and even offered us more of those awesome croissants when we finished ours. I got the grilled shrimp and broccoli Alfredo pasta and it was okay. I’d give it a 1, the croissants saved them on this review to be honest. I still haven’t found an entree here that I genuinely like, the buffalo chicken wrap thing is decent but not the best. Still trying to find a good I like other than the croissants though.

The dining experience at Cheddar's is generally pleasant, but our recent visit for my birthday with a group of 11 was disappointing. Despite being told a 30-minute wait, we weren't seated until 1 hour later, with no alternative suggestions offered during the wait. While we appreciated the two appetizers from the manager, the delay was frustrating, especially on a less busy Wednesday night. It's advisable to visit with smaller groups, as larger parties of 8 or more may encounter longer waits. I will say we overheard the lead tell the host to "make us wait the entire 30mins". This occurred on 3/13/24."
