This place is awful and horrible service. This is the only location in baytown we deserve better service. Until then I will stop coming to this place, enough is enough theirs other places with better service.Update 01/22Service got a little better busier than before but this kind made me made everyone busting their behind and this guy (manager) not moving a muscle to help them just maybe people can get their food faster and take a load off their employees

Ate lunch here two days, they only have a counter to eat at if you are not getting to go. The staff was friendly and the first day the spicy chicken was god, the second time in the week we ate here they did not have spicy chicken and it was meh. overall will probably not eat here again.

I've only been here twice (drive thru), but both times the food was good and it didn't take too long. The last time they were out of a few sides but that's not too uncommon for restaurants right now.

Don't go here. Business is extremely slow: They see you and then ignore you. They really don't keep the restaurant clean and their restroom doors don't always lock. I have never been happy with the service. On the flip side, the food was good.

Arrived at 2:30 pm at the Church's on Garth & Park & they didn't have any mashed potatoes. Are they closing this location? If not, they should close. They never answer the phone if you want to report missing items, they have rude employees, & only 2 people to handle drive thru, dining, & orders from Uber eats, etc. Don't go.

Disgusting and likely to make you sick! My chicken strips were still pink and chewy. The service is nonexistent! You need to teach your employees to greet or at the very least acknowledge any person who walks into the door and thank them with a smile when they leave.Also if a customer has a problem you don’t look at them like “ugh what do YOU want?” And then ignore them for 10 mins hoping they will go away. Eventually I got my refund for my chicken strips but not even an apology!

The girl who was taking my order answered her phone and walked off without saying a word and sent someone to finish my order who didn't speak a word of English. I had to get someone who was outside to translate for me - MID ORDER... 100% unacceptable. This was only my third time here and the first 2 visits weren't great either... first visit was over a 40 minute wait, second visit food was OK but staff wasn't friendly.. now this.... There's literally a half dozen other chicken places within 5 miles in any direction with similar prices and quality... I recommend y'all go anywhere else... I will not be back...

New staff and they suck Everyone has attitudes when asked a simple question. My tenders was still raw. I specifically asked the girl three times can she tell the cook to keep them in a little longer. Like the old staff would do. Their very rude especially the girl working cashier.

Horrible!!!! This chicken was bought on a Sunday about 11:20…at Church’s on 1931, Garth Road, Baytown, Tex. Sadly this was NOT the first time it looked re-Cooked from cold day ~old fried Chicken!! We threw it away… get your ACT TOGETHER PEOPLE, the Health Depart will be called in … & close this nasty place down!!!November 21st, 2021

They changed their recipe for the batter they use on their chicken and I don't like it very much.I'm not saying the chicken tastes bad now, but I like the original recipe they used to use better. Other then the batter the rest was good as usual.
Roaches in the restaurant, restrooms are closed, when I complained to the manager he just simply killed the roach and didn’t say anything to me just walked to the back. I have pictures but I don’t know how to upload. The rice has the consistency of baby food also. I wouldn’t eat my $43 meal that I paid for due to the roaches. Horrible service, worst I’ve ever had.

Came here tuesday night through the drive-thru and order a family meal came out to $39.00 and some change. Got 3 sides and added a side of biscuits. Also meal saud it came with 2 half gallond of tea or fruit punch. Didnt get either drink because they said they were out. Then pulled to front to check my order and was missing my side of cajun rice and was not given and dipping sauce for my tenders. No big deal l went to walk in and doors were locked. They had there kids inside running around. One young lady came to door and tild me go back around in drive-thru line was extremely long . l said you guys messed up on my order she told another girl who waved me off and flipped me off. I also was chargerd a extra charge of 9.99 ive been calling nobody answers called corporate number were they said someone would reach out to me but never did not sure anymore whats going on in this world people are just rude wont be going back and bless those young ladies

Customer service is horrible. So I just got off of work, stop at 8:30 to order food to bring home. And the lady tell me that they only have spicy and only 6 pieces of Mild. So I ask them are they going to make some more. She said NO. Not understanding why they can’t make anymore, if they closed at 10pm. SMH. They need more locations in baytown. Because this ONE location sucks.
