Cici's has really gone downhill. I haven't been in a couple of years. The food quality has gone down considerably. Everything had zero flavor. Total waste of time and money.

This place needs to be shutdown, they think it’s ok to prepare your food with no gloves. I asked the cooks why they didn’t have gloves on and one Hispanic lady pointed at the manager Jamie Gonzales. I asked him the same question and he was very rude about it and told me they don’t wear gloves because they wash their hands. Dirty people like this be the reason people get sick.

Went last week and it was awful! The pizza was cold and they didn’t keep up with the buffet. Had kids running full blast past our table and running into our table. The drink machine was not working properly. The food quality has gone way down hill.

The soda was flat, all of them. The pizza was good and the staff was 5 stars and saved this from being a 3 star. If your going to charge $3 for a soda please make sure it tastes like soda.
