The staff here are very professional and courteous. If you're in Baytown and you're wanting to visit a Dairy Queen. This is the location, I would suggest. The new one on Garth road near Academy is run by a bunch of kids, with no real supervision.

Food is excellent but the tap to pay never works in the drive thru I have to go inside. The employees don't seem to care if it works or not.You ask them why and they say they don't know. Please get this fixed I prefer to go thru drive thru and not inside

This is the worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to not only did they screw up my order and then tell me I could pick up my original order then they call and change their mind and when I called and talk to the manager Alondra, she was very rude and told me that they don’t have a corporate so no one can do anything about it and there’s no point in calling anyone cause their is no one over her she was so rude I will never go there again nice to know this is a DAIRY QUEEN treats its customers when they mess up.

Just ate at this DQ location and I'll not be back. The meat party in the burger was tasteless and luke warm and looked like it had been cooked a looonnnggg time ago and was "holding" in a tray and then when a burger was ordered, placed in the burger. No amount of pepper could give it any flavor. The ketchup bottle had the peel off protective cap still on the bottle and when I peeled it off, ketchup shot all over my pants. The table was dirty when we sat down and we had to clean it ourselves. Things should be better than this.

This is one of the better DQ. Visit once a month. My food is always hot. I haven't had any issues with staff. The table I chose needed a wipe down but maybe a previous customer just left and their wasn't enough time in between.
