So i ordered this pizza yesterday at dominos and when i ordered the lady told me it was a 24 to 36 minute wait and it took more then one hour to deliver my order and when it finally got to my house the pizza was absolutely garbage not even cut right they just cut it into 4 big slices you call this a large pizza it looks more like a super small pizza never again buying pizza here it was really cold and paper thin and everytime i called to see the status of my order they would just pick up and hang up on me is that how you treat you're customers here i feel sorry for yall but this place needs to be shut down asap really poor service and lazy people working here.

This was the absolute worst experience I've had in any pizza place stood there for 20 minutes past the intended time for pick up while I watch them burn food throw food cut it like there is no intended way that a pizza is supposed to be cut one of my pieces was folded up in half because they threw it like a frisbee across the counter and then the other one was burnt and cut like a 3-year-old with a pair of scissors trying to avoid getting in trouble for what they did wrong then I asked for a remake and I was told that it would be over an hour to get my pizza remade so I asked for a refund they was not able to give me a refund receipt nothing confirming that I was going to get my money back when I asked to speak to a manager I was told that the girl with the attitude that was cutting everything sloppy and throwing food around was the general manager so I asked to speak to her boss or a contact number for her boss one of the employees started to say it out loud when the girl told him that we can't give that number out and then ask the kids to repeat it and he said what and I asked the same question again he said what a second time and then again the third time and I'm like come on dude you just said the number please just give it to me and he said if you give me $50.

My order was not ready amongst pickup. Instead of getting a notification of a delay due to a 50 pizza order (what I was told) it would be an additional 2 hour wait. Why use a system if it’s not being followed used or followed by employees. Also every employee acted as though they knew nothing about how the system worked or why it generated it for pickup. The answers I received were giving that these employees or management needs training on your online system or should be granted access to be able to update it. I was not the only customer who came across this issue on 1/16/2024.

Good evening I just recently at 6:24 PM made an order at Domino’s Pizza at North Alexandria St. in Baytown, Texas online. I was tracking my order, and the tracker kept showing that my order was in the prepping stage and beneath the tracker it was posting saying that a female by the name of Claudia had began prepping my order at 6:24 PM this Friday evening. I checked again 15 minutes later and it showed that my order was still in the prepping stage. So 30 minutes later I called the store to find out if the app was working or if something was wrong with the app. The young lady assured me that the app sometime doesn’t work like it should which I can understand it, but she was also telling me that she couldn’t find my order are the name wasn’t popping up so she asked for my address and I gave her my address and so she began to tell me I’m sorry you order isn’t popping up then she said OK there’s your order, but went on to tell me that my order was still in the preparation stage so I asked to cancel the order .the reason why I’m posting this because I believe that where I live in the neighborhood that I live in is not a bad neighborhood but it has Black people live here and it has Latinos and Mexicans lives here and it also has white people it’s not the most upscale neighborhood but it’s not a not a neighborhood field with crime or anything going on here that I know of and I’ve been living here for over two years now but I truly believe that my order was not placed by Domino’s Pizza because where I’m located at I truly believe that I was discriminated because of where this neighborhood is at and the people that reside in this neighborhood

Ordered delivery through the app a few days ago had an issue with one pizza, called the young lady I spoke with was very polite and credited the pizza for a future order. Redeemed it today, again the young lady was so nice on the phone ( I don't remember her name but it was 9/5 at 1115 am) she waved the delivery fee and damn it man that pizza was so good. Thank you for your great food and excellent customer service.
