If I could give zero stars I would.This is the second time I come to this location at the same time at 6:30pm and it’s closed. The worker was sitting down on her phone and she said it was closed when it clearly states they close at 7PM. This has happened TWICE already! PLEASE HIRE PEOPLE WHO ENJOY WORKING AND NOT BEING LAZY READY TO CLOCK OUT. SMH

I have never tried it my boss gave me a girt card I can't even use because I work night shift and they say open till 7 geeze what are the actual hours. It says 7 all around the store but not

I always order in this location because is close to my work I ordered 2 coffee’s one ice and one hot the lady that was there this morning was so rude I told her I order a hot one because she gave too ice’s coffees one was a pumpkin spicy and the other one a caramel signature latte and she close the window in my face. She didn’t even let me finish speaking at the end she gave me both of them pumpkin spice iced coffees, and there was one pumpkin spice hot and the other was it was a caramel signature latte cold I had to leave because I was running late for work. Worst experience ever.
The coffee is fine. The food is okay... very easy to tell they just threw the sandwich together not stacked properly. The service was sad. I was extremely disappointed in the way the lady at the counter spoke to me. She was very unprofessional when asked anything. She was unable to give any coffee recommendations. A minute later she answered her phone and was using foul language and you could see people in the room get uncomfortable. Not the best experience for a first-timer.

Literally love it. Lady with short hair working there is AMAZING! Never been to Dunkin before, and the drink I requested was out of season, I didn't know, BUT she made basically the same drink for me! And was super sweet?
