Should have read the reviews BEFORE coming here, but we had already put in a 17 hr 850 mile day and we just wanted to eat and be done (and i figured it would be better than Denny's across the street when Denny's is notoriously bad)...same as everyone else, there were only 5 or so people there at any given time and it still took over an hour and a half for our food, and the mozzarella sticks, burger & fries were all burnt. The manager was kind enough to comp our meal, but boy it made for a long night & a late start in the morning. Won't make that mistake again.

Went for dinner around 9:30 pm on Friday. Greeated by nice waiter who seated us and took our order. After about 45 minutes, we were still waiting for food and another couple that had also been waiting left. The manager asked Cook, who was sitting in a booth with another server, if food was ready for customers that were still waiting, and he responded No that he had already clocked out." The manager told him no, sir. First, you need to finish orders for customers that have already ordered, and he kept yelling no I'm out." He never returned to the kitchen and kept arguing with her. At that point, we just decided to leave.The next day, we decided to go back hoping that we would have a different experience, but we noticed that it was the same cook, and he was just pacing around in the kitchen with his arms on his head, not a good sign so we just decided to leave. I would really hope that you get rid of this cook and then maybe you would get more business.

Me andy girlfriend went to eat here early in the morning we were the only customers in there our food to almost a hour to get it was cold barley warm the waiter never came back around after delivering the food so couldn't notify him so we had to eat it and the manager never came to talk to us or try to help us worst service ever do not go here early in the morning they don't care

This is the worst ihop in the USA !!! The major issue is lack of proper training !! Very few customers so they can’t say that it was busy as an excuse. I was seated quickly took my order somewhat timely,but I waited an hour and 15 min to watch 4 customers who came in behind me get their food . I only ordered a omelette,I believe they had to drive to Abilene to get eggs or something!! Never got my food . Never will I try to eat here againParking: Na

Gave this place a third chance giving benefit of doubt. Sorry I did. Not only did they take forever, the order was completely wrong and when our waitress tried to make things right.. the cook disagreed and made it known she didn't want to attempt another other. The place was empty so not sure why she thought it was to much to make again. Thee eggs Benedict were disgusting and overly cooked. They burned the waffle maker so no waffle.. compensated for pancakes which we have yet to get... Bad experience all around. Save your money and go somewhere else.
When this location opened up it seem like it was gonna be a good spot especially since there is a Dennys across the street that is also the worst dennys in texas but back to ihop i took my family to dinner last night 2/23/24 the service was horrible the cook was complaining the whole time you could hear him all the way in the dining room and the waitress was young and very unexperienced ihop plz you can do better get rid of the night shift cook and train your employees never coming to the restaurant ever again

I would give this place 0 stars, horrible service. Lady in front just sat us down after 20 minutes and told us she'd give us a menu, waited almost 30 minutes, nobody took our orders or offered to give us a menu or at least ask if we've been helped out. Table was dirty and sticky, had avocado and syrup. We ended up leaving and other people left as well

I believe I got food poisoning from this place. It wasn't long after eating there that I started feeling nauseous. I had to take a trip to the hospital just for wanting to eat breakfast.

Placed order online for pickup, estimated pickup time was 6:56pm and I was stuck waiting on the order for 30+ minutes past my pickup time. Staff working the takeout section didn’t seem to even care too much or try to help speed it up at all. Location wasn’t even busy, maybe 15% of the tables were actually in use. Drive to the next closest location, don’t waste your time here.
