I gave a 2 star due to the worker giving me attitude for a big order, she didn’t pay attention to the sizes and put whatever she felt like on ticket. Gave me attitude whenever I told her she got my order wrong. Then proceeded to ignore me and have someone else deal with me. I wasn’t being rude, I just asked for what I ordered.

You all are just sad. I gave my order at the speaker, then when I finally got to the window, they asked for my order again, and still got it wrong. The fries were cold the person at the window was totally incompetent. I paid over $7 for half my order and cold burger, which, wasn’t even what I ordered, and cold fries.

Terrible.No matter what time it is, they always say their greaser/fryer is down..Speaker outside never works.Takes almost 40 mins to get my food and no one is ever here so I don’t know why it takes so long.

This review has been a long time coming. If you want decent and competent service go between 7:30am-8:30pm. The night shift of this location has always been trash. They are ALWAYS rude and lazy. They come up with every excuse why they can't take an order and can never get the order right if they do take it. If the female employee who was working on 4/20/2021 at 8:57 reads this, find a new job because you should never work with the general public. Find a job were they pay you to sit on a stool, don't talk, and just blink because that's about equivalent of your skill set.

All I ordered was a Hamburger Kids meal and all kidding aside I bet I was there at least 5 min or longer sitting at pick up window. The girl even gave orders to customers who walked in after I had already placed mine.I asked her what was the problem, she said they was cooking mine fresh. Then she turned and walked away. The truck behind me is getting irritated like I'm holding up progress. All of a sudden she appears with my little kids meal sack. It didn't taste any different than if she had it ready when I pulled up to window. Sooo, somebody dropped the ball last night.

Every time I come to this Jack N the Box, which is at night they say they are closed . It’s not even 10pm. They said the night shift decided not to show up! Find people that want to work! There is plenty of people that need a job especially during this time!! We had to go across the street!

This place deserves ZERO stars!! We ordered our food just now waited for 15 minutes to get a half a food order! Not just that the food is DISGUSTING! I got half my order and old tacos!! I try to call to the restaurant my calls get rejected it rings and goes to voicemail and then says the mailbox is full. Absolutely ridiculous!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. AVOID THIS PLACE AFTER 6PM AT ALL COST!!! They are always doing shift change or just straight up ignore customers! Spent a good 15 mins just sitting there cause there was a line of customers just stuck here with no one taking orders in the drive thru.

Ordered a meal, and my Sprite had a bunch of floating stuff in it, poured it out. There was more than this, it was quite disgusting.
