This was my 1st and last time at this location. Everything about this location needs WORK. I ordered online. I get there and had to go inside for pick up. The floor was dirty, food and discarded condiments were all over the floor and tables. The drink machine is broken and full of sitting water in the drain pan. I walks up to the counts and no one greeted me even after the young lady saw me standing there. When the young girl finally acknowledged my presence she had an attitude, not surprised. I could tell by her demeanor she would be rude. I finally got my food. The drinks were watered down so bad the cups were soft, the food was cold and low and behold my burger was wrong. I went back inside to let them know. Of course a few of them had an attitude. The lady that remade my burger asked like 3 times how I wanted it. Finally my burger was remade after about 10 mins. Whoever owns this location needs to really train the staff and do a DEEP inspection and clean.

Honestly it depends on whether it's late at night or mid day. Because the service fluctuates based off of that. The food is usually always good except the fries. It's a hit and miss, they may be crunchy or they may be saukky.

Me and my family got this for dinner tonight not only was the service horrible but the food made us sick to our stomachs literally had us throwing up. Everything tasted weird/old... will never go to this location again!!!!!
I walked into the store to pickup an order and the Africa American Elderly woman attacked me with words unbelievable. One employee put the order in a large bag and the older woman says I'm always trying to get something for FREE. WELL WHY do you have the larger bags IF they are NOT to be used. Older Women said I should already have a bag. This older woman continues to be RUDE to me and I am an Senior Citizen older woman and am working and due Respect.

Clearly they don’t care about fixing any of the issues that are being addressed about this location because I went the other night around 7 and it took 30+ minutes to get my food and that’s not even taking into account how long it took them to finally take my order. Seeing past reviews tells me the issues aren’t fixed and they don’t care to do so. They have some bot auto replying to these reviews which doesn’t fix the problem here.
