To be honest, I go to this place often. I do like their tacos, but I feel like I got robbed. Usually, they make my tacos with the right amount of meat, but today, no . I feel like it's l about who is in charge of making these. Please start doing your business because we pay for the food and it's not given free. Please respect the money we pay.

If you want cold tacos and stiff cheese come here, otherwise go to any other taco spot.

Friday 9/2/22 at 7:00 Laredo Taco whomever that lady was working behind the counter fixing tacos this morning was ugly and rude. My first time here and will not be coming back. I usually give people grace but not today. Being that it was my first time I did not know you have to order first, then she fixes the taco and gives the food to the cashier. She was hollering at me as if I was a child and threw my food on the counter when she handed another man his in his hand. Bad service will get you no where.

Person inside wouldn't let us inside to buy waters. What's the point of even having anyone inside if it isn't open. Useless.

0 ZERO!!! Stars what the previous reviews mentioned and tell you are TRUE!! Now listen at one point this place was running smooth Until here recently. I use to stop here in the a.m. for food tacos and the ladies that worked that kitchen were kind and welcoming, always had our orders right. I don't know if they quit because of the poor management but I didn't see them any more. After that the food service sucks!the new staff have gotten my orders mixed up with other customers and I come to find out once I get to work when I'm ready to eat. When you walk thru the isles, a lot of the merchandise has not been re-stocked and the employees don't seem to care about having fresh coffee for the customers, pots always empty. I can keep going my fellow yelpers but y'all get the point I'm trying to put across ....avoid this stripes save your time and money and go down the road to circle k at least these guys are on top of it! Thanks for reading

This stripes is not very good. Went there to get unsweet tea. They were out. Told the person at counter and they acted like they didn't care. Then went to get some root beer instead and that was water. Told them again and the person didn't act like he cared one way or the other. Didn't say they would fix it. Asked if they could make the tea but just looked at me like he didn't understand what I was saying. Should have just gone to circle k

How low the mighty have fallen. Stopped at this particular Stripes for the first time in 18 months while I was in Texas for a few days. Not only was I not greeted when I entered (to an almost empty store, mind you) I actually had to summon the taco maker for the store from the rear to do her job (aka making tacos). She then told me that the advertised special was not available (Which according to the posted sign was not supposed to be possible) and then half-assed the tacos which I choose as a substitute, When I left, I had to ask the clerk for my receipt and he looked at me as if I was supposed to thank for the privilege. The bathroom was somewhat clean so the entire trip wasn't a complete waste fo time. However, I would go to any other Stripes in the area before I returned to this one. If the staff don't like customer service jobs, why are they doing them?
