I love Little Caesar’s pizza but this is location is one of the worst I’ve been to. The establishment itself needs A LOT of cleaning and repairs. It looks like it’s falling apart. The service is very bare minimum, you can tell the employees are just there to get their time and go. No greeting, nada. They’ll see a long and walk off to the back no warning. I ordered my pizza online and the ready time showed 6:39pm. I walk in around 6:35pm to pay and pick up. The young man did not greet me I just spoke up and said”picking up for Tiffany.” He told me the amount due, I paid. He walked off without a word. Comes back maybe 3, 4 minutes later and says. Your pizza is in the oven, it’ll be about 15 more minutes. So as I’m walking out to sit in my truck. Another customer says”girl I ordered mine 45 mins ago. It is clear whoever is the owner of this location does not make any visits to check up on the establishment. They need to do better..

I haven't been to Little Ceasars in a while. I decided to go today, 3/16/24, and I ordered their new pizza puffs. I've heard a lot of good reviews about them. So I decided to try them out. I will say they are delicious and packed with flavor. It's a 4 pack for 3.99. I will definitely order them again.

This place deserves NEGATIVE stars. We waited TWO hours for pizza. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Door dash only offered 15% discount after waiting for 2 hrs!!! The door dashers kept leaving because the wait was so long. I understand it is not door dashes fault but they should not be doing business with a location that sucks this much look at all these reviews!! The manager and owner really need look at these reviews and reflect or just shut down!!

The food was good but it took forever to receive the order. The young man behind the counter essentially ignored everyone that walked in, after hearing most of the crew swear loudly at each other one man clocked out and very loudly announced, "time to get high!". I won't bring the kids in here, and was very disappointed with the last few visits

This place is absolutely pathetic, they are unsanitary , do not use soap and water to clean hands , nor gloves when preparing food, nor hair nets to cover their heads, females or wearing nails and everyone looks dirty , the order is aways an hour or 2 behind, rather you order online or in person and once you do get your order it is either cold or wrong or both , as is the order I just received, hot foods should be hot and cold foods cold when served, and food should look eatable , I ordered Italian cheese bread, it is burnt bunched together, uncut and taste like plain bitter bread .If you want something done right do it yourself Cook your own food!!I Quit!! They will not get another cooper penny of my money

Multiple times I’ve ordered here and they’re just slow as dirt tbh. Idk if it’s because they only have like 4 people working. Or they’re just lazy but besides that my pizza dough came out almost raw today. I had to wait 45 minutes for some not even fully cooked crust ? Lmao and the customer service is very basic / rude. You can tell they’re just frustrated a lot of the time because of how busy they are. But they’ve got to do a better job. I can tell they move slower in hope that the orders will slow down. I’ve worked in customer service for years, specifically in the food industry too. I’ve only been here a few times recently, I don’t even want to imagine how it is most of the time tbh.

Pizza was made right and tasted good too but we ordered through door dash and did not receive the 2 crazy sauces we paid for. The dasher even asked the person working the counter if they were included and he said it was all there. Dashers aren't allowed to go into the food once handed over. It would have taken 2 seconds for the employee to check but he had no care in his body to provide the minimal amount of customer service or quality assurance! The time we ordered before this no toppings came on our pizza at all n they barely even put sauce on it! Oh, and an operator who isn't even at the store is who you get connected to if you try to call them about questions or complaints. So they can't even hold their employees accountable because the feedback doesn't reach them. I hate this place
