I ordered a chocolate shake at the kiosk, and was told that they were out of chocolate. When I wanted a refund they said they could fix the machine. They didn't fix the machine, they put chocolate syrup in a vanilla shake. It was lousy.

It is 4/13/2024 The time is 9:55pmI just went by the drive thru to order and a rude person when ahead and took my order is the first time that I have not heard a crew member say ( Would you be using your app today ) This person was a female and she was so rude in answering what did we want i was like OMg ? first time that i have experienced something like this she also was like hmmm hmm what eals. I will not come back to this McDonald's to receive service like this I will just drive to another McDonald's. If you need to know who was this person check your camera at this exact time and date thank you.

Honestly this place is mid its always 50/50 on the food sometimes its good sometimes its cold or just bad .the customers arnt bad but they arnt great

Unless you want to wait 30+ minutes for a few burgers and fries for them just to get the order wrong anyway, then don't come here. The slowest McDonald's I have ever been too. Workers moved so slow that at one point I thought they were mannequins.

Horrible service at the drive through ! They make you pull around just to wait for your food that’s not even fresh and the boy passing out the wrong order. I will never come here again !

The food was hot and that's the only positive feedback I have. The entire staff had attitudes, but what upset me the most is they treated me like I was lying and trying to steal a $3 sandwich. I spoke to THREE different employees and at one point they "forgot" I was there waiting. The entire ordeal took over 20 minutes. They made get my receipt AND THEN FOLLOWED ME TO MY TABLE to ensure I wasn't lying, to the point she was hovering over us and i almost ran into her becausei didn't know she was standing there!!! Who does that???!! I'm pretty sure she was the manager. This is legitimately the worst McDonald's experience I have ever had.
They are unbelievably slow, and should go to buccies for good service!!

I was at this location. The store number is 27027 which is on I 10 E. at the truckstop of Lowe’s and I was treated very very badly by manager call YAJAIRA M. just by asking a simple question if they had a deal she was very, very rude and she and ask me very rudely. You still need your food or what ???? where is she knows that since I have paid for the food and I have a receipt in my pocket, then only the order will be processed very very unsatisfied with that manager at this location
so yeah, really bad service by the African American girl at the register! ?
