MY server Vivy H. Was Rude!!! I asked her if I could get a bag with the handle, because I had 8 Buntlets. She said NO BECAUSE IT WAS USED TO PUT THE OTHER ITEMS IN THOSE BAGS. I JUST LOOKED AT HER AND WALKED OUT!! SHE'S NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL!! VERY UGLY DISPOSITION. SHE SAID TO ME JUST HOLD, THE BOTTOM OF THE BROWN BAG.AND AS SOON AS I GOT ON THE CAR THE BAG SPLIT! WHEN ALL SHE HAD TO DO WAS GIVE ME A LARGER BAG!! I WANT BE COMING BACK!!

Angie and Olivia work at the front and they are the absolute worst! I have visited this location on multiple occasions and they are never pleasant!! I will not return to this location, I understand that everyone has bad days but those two are not nice!

The shop is cute and inviting. The staff was wonderful and I can't complain because the ones at heb and kroger are rude and the cakes aren't that good. We ordered for a next-day birthday party and it was ready on time. The cakes are more on the simpler side however I prefer it that way. The icing is way too sweet, however you can choose a lighter option. This is definitely our new go-to spot for birthdays/events.

Love these cakes very delicious. I was a disappointed at the costumer service provided by katlyn H. Not much information was offered to me when I arrived about the birthday options available. As I was waiting for my cakes someone else walked in and that’s how I found out there was topping available to decorate for the special occasion.
