The Papa John's pizza we ordered was mediocre compared to other locations, with an excess of grease. Furthermore, the entire closing shift on 3/15/24 failed to wear hair nets, leaving me concerned about potential hair contamination in my food. While the overall experience was acceptable, I won't be returning to this location in the future.

This is the worst place to order from. I called to place an order and schedule a delivery. It never made it. When I called to ask why. They never answered. When they finally did. They said that that was only an order taking line and they couldn't do anything. Stupid way to do business.

Tried to call in an order, but the person that took the call was not very helpful in trying to place the order.I had to go to the business and place the order in person.Then was told that the thin crust pizza was only available in large size only.Why offer it or say what crust you want is you cant get it in the size you want?

My first time eating at this pizza chain and it was good tomato sauce and great ingredients, the staff was nice and very busy. Pizzas were going out the door quickly and my order included a hand tossed pizza dough with the works. Will definitely eat from this chain again.

Very disappointed. Asked for what was on the menu. Asked for a simple extra sauce so as to not be dry. Asked for the butter sauce. All was promised by the call taker. Just got dry pizza. First order to pick up for several years. Most likely last. There was nothing difficult about what I asked for and was willing to pay for. I was told to call store level next time. Well if corp/Google # can't insure a simple request, then I don't think store level could do better either. I'm sorry it worked out that way, I was hoping.

The Caucasian guy said he was the manager has no customer service skills at all! We were there to order pizzas for a party and he was totally disrespectful to us and we wind up leaving this establishment and would never return. You need people to work that has some type of training on customer service! You deserve zero Stars

Whenever I visit Papa Johns My Pizza is always Fresh and Hot and the Staff is always Very Pleasant. Whenever I have had a issue they have always been very accommodating and that's what keeps Me coming Back. I can't get Chicago Pizza in Texas and Papa John's is the Next Best thing to Chicago Pizza!

Ordered pizza at 6PM now 7:42 PM. Still no pizzaWas told delivery will take 45 minutes when I called to get an update they couldn’t even give me an update on where my pizza was. I ended up having to cancel my order and going elsewhere never will order from this Papa John’s again.
