This establishments manager Chris has a group of people working here that are his buddies and let my son go after almost 2 years because he did t want to accomodate his schedule that he had from day one of being hired by the previous manager Trish, also my son has a legal dissability !

This place cannot get their orders right EVER, decided to give them a second chance after messing the first one up a while ago. Oh my god, it’s like all they hire is people who didn’t pass kindergarten. I don’t know if it’s the pizza makers or driver or BOTH but Jesus Christ, what a nice reminder to not order from here.

The point system is a joke the manager said they can’t do anything about it! So we are out 300 points and got nothing for it! Absolutely aweful customer service the manger Davis has absolutely no care for her customers and is extremely rude and unprofessional! Will order elsewhere from now on! I agree with the post directly below mine every order has been wrong as well. Nothing changes means they don’t care. Will update this review if they happen to contact me about it but highly doubt it.

When I order a pizza I want sauce on my pizza, otherwise I would order cheese sticks with toppings. Idk if there's someone new or if they just think pizza has no sauce, but it was so dry and hard to eat without constantly drinking water. Ladle it is the middle use the bottom of the ladle to spread evenly do not bunch it up at the crust, it takes less than 10 seconds to do it properly. If I pay 30 bucks for a pizza I'd like it done right.

Needs improvement. Ordered big box with two pizzas wings and breadsticks. App said it would be ready in 14 min. Showed up in fifteen minutes everything was ready except the breadsticks. Breadsticks came out and we’re left on the counter while pizzas were open on counter while employee was helping guests. Needless to say food wasn’t very hot.
The food was ok, I didn't get extra cheese like I ordered.

The Cashier lady did not handle her pick up orders correctly, she can not multitask and handle her customers accordingly at all. Worst place to order your food especially if you already put an online order AND pay for your food in advance. She was basically dealing with customers who was placing their orders instead of asking other customers if they place a carry out order and paid in full. Just stand there the whole time and was waiting. Also wings looked soggy. Just the worst.
