Order the New Yorker and it was absolutely cold pizza. I’m very unhappy. Did they wait for the delivery drive to wake up before delivering me my pizza??

I can’t place a delivery order to my house or my neighborhood it’s not in the delivery range but the neighborhood 1.5 miles down the street if I live off of Farm to market Road 2354 my zip is 77523 5 miles to be exact from this stores location y’all are losing money not delivering back here there’s a whole RV park and house down that road no one delivers out here except ubereats y’all need to update the map delivery system

Ordered because we were randomly craving pizza, should've maybe considered ordering from somewhere else. The Buffalo wings are probably the best thing they offer. The pizza is decent enough, ordered a pizza with a bbq sauce base but the sauce was put in a side container instead of on the pizza. Of course when you pour from the container, more is used quickly so some pieces will be left without sauce. The pasta is terrible. Not even sure why we added this to the order but it was terribly overcooked, noodles rock hard. Absolutely disgusting. And do they not have cheese packets? Asked for some and received none. For sure won't be having any cravings for Pizza Hut any time soon, yuck.

When I started to eat my pizza I had already left Baytown my dough was raw wasn't all the way cooked that is so gross I am not happy about it.

Delivery took forever.. they call us once they are outside to say they forgot half our order! Another 20 minutes waiting , I'm trying to be understanding and say maybe bad day but lots of others agree with bad service overall.
