Probably the worst its ever been! I don’t understand the hiring process or training they put these workers through but MORE training is need in every single branch of this store. From management all the way down to the cooks who can’t seem to cook the chicken all the way through. Drive thru sign has been broken for years. Workers are ALWAYS in a rush when theres no line. They don’t listen well, because I definitely ordered more food then they charged and gave me. Overall if it was up to me I’d have this popeyes shut down immediately!! The attitudes are 100% an issue here as well. Stay clear from this popeyes. If you must order make sure you Yell in order for them to hear your order correctly!

Poor customer service. I ordered through the app for the first time. I ordered the 12 pcs wings, 6 tenders, with 2 large sides. They forgot an order of Wings. I went home. Noticed it. I tried calling the store,…no answer. I drove all the way back to get the wings. Manager is looking at me all crazy like I’m lying or something. I ordered a small Mac n cheese. Which personally I feel they should have just gave me since they got my order wrong and inconvenienced me. I should have just brought the whole order back with me and got a refund cause by the time I got home all the food is cold. And then I also find out later that they didn’t even give us the sauces for the tenders. Like how do y’all mess up an order that literally tells y’all what you need to pack for this order???

It’s frustrating that time and time again you sit in line behind three cars for 20 minutes. This has happened too many times at this location and others. Popeyes as a corporation needs better training and management- and probably better compensation packages to keep trained individuals that can serve in their stores. It’s really ridiculous that of all of the fast food chains, Popeyes is probably ranked the worst in every area of customer overall satisfaction.

Every time I get the chicken sandwich from this location the chicken is tough and hard to bite through. The meat with the breast is tougher than an over cooked steak. The menu in the drive thru has been broken for over a year now with no sign of it being repaired.

Love that chicken from Popeye's! My favorites are the chicken sandwich and red beans and rice. A Louisiana native here, I've been a fan of Popeye's since they first opened there. I've even seen Al Copeland's house all decked out for Christmas.
The last two times going there, I got way home only to discover they didn't put the biscuits I paid for!!!! Including

The drive-thru menu is broken. It has been for months so good luck ordering in the drive-thru. The service is lackluster at best. I ordered chicken nuggets again and they came back stale cold and there was pieces of wing in the box with my nuggets. I don't like bones that's why I order boneless chicken, I showed it to the guy and he told me that it was fine. I give up on this place.

My name is Marcy. First off I ordered through Door dash and it didn’t give me an option to change to dark meat on order it says to call. So I called over 30 times and also text the Door Dash driver to please ask for legs instead of mixed. He asked and was told “They don’t do that and if that is what I wanted I should have came to store instead of ordering it to be delivered. Who says that? First off I have worked in Customer Service over 30 years and never would I had thought to tell a customer that especially with the times we are in now. Also I added two ranch packets to go with my chicken strips and didn’t get those either. So I guess I’m confused, would I had gotten them had I come in? Or I didn’t get them cause I ordered them to be delivered? I just moved here from Hitchcock and was looking for places to eat due to unpacking so thank you for the first place I ordered from that gives me horrible service so I can only expect better from here. I will never return to this location and we eat a lot of Popeyes Chicken. Might want to take Customer Service classes.
