I've actually eaten here several times in the last two years. I'm usually so hungry, I forget to take pics and do a review, most of my visits to this location was because I had family in the hospital and they wanted something other than hospital food.I've never been disappointed with them until yesterday. Let me explain: The food was great but the young lady that used to work the drive thru wasn't there, and the guy that took her place, although he wasn't rude, he also wasn't as friendly. He was in work mode though and as an ex supervisor, I would of been proud of him for that.As an aging, disabled woman, who doesn't get out of the house much, I enjoy getting to know people, when I do. So, a little disappointed with the lack of conversation before my food was ready. The last girl, who worked the drive thru, she was in her early twenties, had just moved in with her new beaux, had a bandage wrapped around her hand from a third degree burn she got from work. So she talked to me about the hospital and was genuinely interested in getting to know me too. That was nice, since I have a daughter her age.The only other thing I was disappointed with was when I got home and opened the bag, the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. The sandwich tasted great as usual, once I pulled it out of that wrapper, which reeked of cigarette smoke. I'm allergic to cigarette smoke, so it made me start coughing. That's never fun. Other than that, the turkey bacon club was delicious, the tea was excellent and the jalapeno chips were awesome! ??I've never eaten inside this location, so I couldn't tell you many facts about it, but when I drive by the windows, it looks very clean inside.As hot as it gets in Texas, it's rare to find a restaurant, with good tea that hasn't soured. So a good, cold glass of tea, was what keeps me coming back to this location.I do wish they had one closer to my house. Both Schlotzsky's near me are over 10 miles from where I live. That don't sound like much, but in Houston traffic, 10 miles could take 45 minutes to drive. It literally took me an hour and 12 minutes to get there and back. That being said, they're worth the drive. Hope y'all enjoy the pics, and have a very blessed day! Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicapped parking and a ramp to get up the sidewalk. I don't recall seeing automatic doors, so it would be advisable to bring someone with you to open the door, if you're in a wheelchair.

Employees are so nice. The sandwiches are delicious I can taste every bit of it. I always get the Bacon Smokecheesy with Jalapeno cheese bread, smoked ham, with red onions & black olives & it is always delicious.

Haven't been to a Schlotzky's since we left Texas. Now that we're back it's good to see it hasn't changed. This one is clean, quiet, and with great service. I loved the strawberry chicken salad. It even had two yummy bread sticks with it made of the infamous Schlotzky's bread. Friendly staff too.

As has been consistent with Schlotzsky’s, sandwiches were quickly made and tasted great. This particular location needs to turn their AC down. There are a ton of windows and it was warm inside in the afternoon sun.

Fresh and delicious is all I can say about this Schlotzskys.
This is one of the best sandwich food chains in Texas. The bread is so good! The French dip is basically beef and cheese with a natural gravy sauce that's served on the side. It's my favorite thing on the menu. The Fiesta chicken sandwich is my number two. They have some of the best sugar cookies I've ever had. The thing is, they are always out! I've been several times, and they never have them. I've even been early, and they don't have any. I'm not sure if they're lazy and just don't bake them or if they're discontinued, but it's a real disappointment. This is one reason why I'm giving this shop 4 stars instead of 5. The other reason is they sell cinnamon rolls. I think it's even in their name. The Cinnamon rolls are expensive and aren't fresh. I guess they bake them early and leave them out all day, or they're using the previous days batch. I would skip them and go across the street to Shipleys for something similar. The sandwiches are a little pricey at around $10 for a regular. The large supposedly had twice the calories as the regular, so you would think that it would be about twice the amount of food, but unfortunately it's not. I would estimate that it's about 50 percent the amount, and it sits at $15. I wouldn't recommend getting the large to get a better deal unless you're hungry! This could be just this location sandwich makers, but it's been consistent since I've been going. Even with these issues, I'm giving them 4 stars because ultimately the sandwiches are delicious, and this is what most people are going for.

Straight Trash Service. Don't waist your time. I ordered my food through the app using a couponCode. Paid for my food through the app and went to pick up my food. Before I walked in, I made sure the app is open showing my order number and what I ordered. I go in and tell the lady that I'm picking up my mobile order. I tell her my name. Of course.... They couldn't find my order two other people come up to me and then it's canceled right in front of me. I wasn't canceled before I walked in but when I come in to pickIt up.... All of the sudden the entire order was canceled. They didn't offer to make my order or didn't even try to make it right. I just left and never.... Ever going there again. Wasted my Time for Trash Service.
