Assuming Jason is who packed my order since they’re the one who answered the phone and said there’s no manager, they can’t read or see. I ordered a cheese kolache and a half dozen fresh donuts The kolache had no cheese, and the donuts were cold I want my food fresh why would I pay for old food? Best believe I will be getting my refund Strictly on the fact that you do not know how to make fresh food when Specifically requested you’re really lucky I don’t come and throw this food in your face

5 STARS! Best Dounts Ever Service Was Amazing ! There so fast And they never Mess up!
well I knew it wouldn't be long before their kolaches became like all the other shipleys around here- just mediocre. but my review is on the fact that for two weeks in a row when we have ordered they have been "out" of donut holes and juice, the only thing my kids eat! so as I am rushed to order something else from the lady taking my order I forgot to order my coffee. I asked to order it at the window and the girl just looks at my like she never heard me and then tells another lady "she added it at the window!" as she rolled her eyes. So now that I have drank most of my iced coffee, I'm looking at it and it's has grainy chunks in the bottom of it! -gross. customer service to say the least was blah. this is the industry and profession she chose and whereas the customer ISNT always right, professionalism and character should be 100%.

NO GOOD! Order was all messed up. I ordered 8 sausage cheese colochees and 4 ham cheese colochees. The ham ans cheese colochees had no cheese at all even tho they labeled them ham and cheese. And they gave me 5 jalapeño cheese colochees. I didn't order any jalapeño cheese at all. Labeled all wrong. Smh.

Most the time they are out of Donut Holes by 9 a.m. and boudain kolaches. Also, they are horrible about messing up the order. I have received the wrong item at least 5 times since they opened a few months ago.
