Kid-friendliness: Drive through staff has been rude for like 6 months but except mamager, but the rest of the people working drive thru are super weird and just not attentive... They will get icing all over bag and hardly on the donut. Food comes cold.Even you request warming. Never wrapped in tinfoil to get warm or keep warm. Barely any napkins. Staff ( other than owner ) seem irritated that anyone pulled up. This establishment used to have better employees.Havent seen a good one or one that doesnt hive you that crazy side eye at 2am in the morning... Like is that powder from a donut or... crazy side eye. Ya feel me?When owner is working the windowall food is presented welland is always hot and tasty.never have to ask for napkins.No icing is smeared on all sides of the bag.That said... even with all that.This Shipley's is the best in the area.So.. take that as you will.I keep hoping the owner will hire one good window staff and maybe put the others washing the curb or windows or bathrooms or something where they arent bothered by customers so much.All in all... will still order here.Sad the emplyee base has slacked so badly.

This is the new 24/7 Shipley's on 10/Garth... been here 4 times - nothing we want, and little that would make us happy... settled for some donuts and got a few kolache, but not the kind we wanted - took 20 mins - would help if you didn't hire people that are high... get it together!

There's a girl named Demetria that works the drive-through window. This lady has no idea what she's doing. I understand some people may be New but they shouldn't be running a store overnight by themselves if they have no idea what they're doing. This store is known for giving you a bold Kolache when you asked for a regular. To begin with, you shouldn't have to specify regular kolache that should be a standard and a people want bold they will say bold. This is happened multiple times where they've given me a bold kolache when I ask for a regular. Then I go to Wick at my receipt and I get charged for donut holes ??? What in the world is going on? Just to confirm, I have the correct person this happened on1/7 @ 330 am.

Around 2:55pm -3:00pm today January 5th I witnessed a tall guy sticking a utensil in a mixing bowl and tasting it and stuck it back in the bowl after taking it out of his mouth. I drove off! Customer's don't know where his mouth has been. Gross!!

Customer service there are horrible in the Drive-Thru. I never have been inside I always go through the drive-thru this has been several times now and I would not go back to that particular Shipley's again. It seems like every time I go the customer service is rude they don't never have fresh hot donuts and never have any napkins and if they do you always have to ask for them instead of them just putting it in your bag. Today's service was the worst the donuts was not fresh so my daughter asked for them to warm them up The Kolache was also not hot either. We asked to warm the donuts up they took a long time to come back to the window and when they did they still was not warm. She had an attitude because I asked her to warm them up. This is at 7:45 in the a.m. they should already have fresh hot donuts.

Stopped here on my road trip from DC. Maryland recently got a Shipley's to my southern surprise but sometimes I'm not down for the drive. I made my cousin stop at the first Shipley's to our right and this location was it. Fresh donuts, fresh kolaches, orange juice. A great way to start my holiday vacation back in my second home.
