My recent Someburger basket to go. I guess there is a lettuce/tomato shortage. The burger patty was dry and over cooked. And my fries looked like they had been cooked at Hiroshima.But pickles seemed to be in good supply as my burger had 9.No canned diets sodas either.If you come to Mont Belvieu and cook like this you will not make it.My last trip here....ah the good old days.

We have shopped here for year's that's why I am so disappointed with the service which I received tonight. I oder online with a delivery the food came no all of it. When I tried to get a refund I was told to call D.D. who could not find my order. I paid an extra Five dollar fee for delivery on top of 12.00 tip not to get all of my order. The General Manager explained that I have to come up there. I explained we were not wanting to drive tonight. So D.D. didn't have any record. Very disappointed the management dropped the ball. Hate to stop shopping here over this I'm out 23.00

This is the 2nd time in a 10 day period that I have ordered from here. The last week was my 1st time ordering here, it was for lunch, & the order was wrong. I received a $5 gift card for the issue. Today was my 2nd time ordering, for dinner & because I have the flu & can't leave my house, used my $5 gift card, and the order was wrong again. I also want to say that it's not little things like, it had pickles & I didn't want pickles. It's more like, I wanted bacon, cheese, & grilled onions, and there was NONE of that. How does this happen twice?!? I ordered grilled jalapeños & avocado on the side, the avocado was bad. Like it was spoiled and sour tasting. Also, i ordered my son a strawberry shake, and it seems like it wasnt even mixed. It showed up with strawberry syruo on the bottom of the cup and white ice cream on top. So the ice cream wasnt even tinted pink likenit had separated or something. It was still white. So, I called and complained again. They offered ANOTHER gift card, in the amount of my full order, but I told the young guy on the phone, I will NOT be coming back, EVER. Please refund my credit card fornthe full amount.Also, their fries are ALWAYS soggy

Tonight Someburger was so disappointing! My husband and I go there almost every week, this time I took my daughter, son and some of my grandchildren just to be EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Burgers we're excessively OVER cooked. ... As if no one was paying attention. We work hard for our money to go and get served trash. Burgers could not be eaten. Even though the manager asked me of I wanted our burgers remade, I said no due to the disappointment of the service and the quality of food. Sad
