I ordered and cheesecake shake on my lunch break and when I got back to the office to eat it. I took 2 sips and almost threw up. The cheesecake they used was rotten and ruined my whole lunch break. I will NOT be returning.

I never leave reviews but this place is sus. They gave my sister a spoiled milk shake, and they wanna try saying that's just the vanilla.... We all tasted it and almost threw up. She asked for a refund and worker just walked away.

They ALWAYS take forever to make the food. The food in the bag is never what we actually ordered. And on top of that, the food isn't even warm. Somehow, each visit is worse than the last. If you're wanting a hot dog or burger, just go across the street to Freddy's. This Sonic is ridiculous.

I'm so done with this sonic. Half of the stalls don't work. They're To short handed To service the stalls. The Drinks are awful, they are always flat and never made Correctly. There are a few of the ladies that are very sweet and very helpful and very on point with their service. The others act like it is the worst day of their life Every time i've been there. I wish I could leave a zero star review. They should shut it down.

First time visiting this location after a busy back to school day. I thought it was closed because it looked run down and dark but it was en route to my destination and I was short on time so I stopped by for convenience. There were typed notes pinned all over the speaker and menu advertising specials, honestly it looked tacky. As I drove off I noticed my order was incorrect. It may have been because the order taker continued to speak over me and didn't pay attention. I got a bad vibe all around but ignored it so my kid could get her meal. I called to report the incorrect order and no one wanted to take accountability however, Roderick vaguely offered me to come back so they can remake my order. When I returned I was met with attitude and got my order shoved into my hands as if I were the problem. I'd save myself the headache and avoid this place.

Every time I forget, I shouldn't go here... I encounter some new level of incompetence. They are often out of menu items. I wanted a small type with my meal, but poor little girl said it comes with a medium. I seem to confused her when I asked if she could bring me up for a small. often times if you wait forever for them to greet you at the drive-through speaker, they will finally come on asking if they can help you only for them to cut you off seeing if you can give them a minute when you start talking.
