So the atmosphere here is Baytown'ish! I did not understand why I did a mobile order pick up and had to still wait 20 minutes for the 2nd half of my order. This location has peaks and valleys with me. The employees communicate to work well, not fight or argue are with smiles. They know their customers and are VERY personal with them. These place needs more brewistas they need one for drive-through, one for in-house, and one for online orders . They are worried more about online orders than the ones in-house. Place is not being managed correctly. 25 minutes to get a coffee is unacceptable.

I agree with others on slow service especially on Sunday mornings, but what can you really expect? It’s 1 of the 2 Starbucks for all of Baytown. New faces all the time, sometimes friendly, sometimes not so friendly, but never rude. At least in my experience. Establishment could do better keeping the shop cleaner, though.
