Unfortunately, this wasn't the best visit. Our server made it worth it . She was kind and helpful. My order had u cooked onions in the hashbrowns. She got it fixed. The waffle had u cooked batter . I didn't wanna create to much fuss. It appeared to be alot of training going on. Shouting the sales targets and using the words push biscuits and gravy to increase sales. Is very unpleasant. I almost feel forced as a guest to take the up-sale. The place wasn't nasty. Tables were clean. Restrooms were clean .

The server was not very personable but was ok. My daughter got a waffle. My food came out first, then my wife’s. And by the time we were almost done eating then the waffle came out for my little girl. Come on guys. Do just a little better. Especially if there is a little kid and they ordered a WAFFLE. Isn’t it WAFFLE HOUSE. Other than that. Best Waffle House in Houston right there in Bay Town. Will definitely be back a million times.

I eat at different waffle houses just about every day. I have to say this location is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I ordered a sweet tea and 2 scrambled eggs and a waffle. Pretty easy you would think. Wrong!I got my drink. Tea was good. Eggs came out undercooked but eat able.Waitress says just waiting on your waffle. I ate my slow thinking my waffle was coming. I'm staring at my waitress to get her attention but she ignores me. Tea glass empty. Eggs cold and my waffle still is not here. At this point I just walked over to pay with no waffle. Like the only reason I go every day. Waitress asked me" O you didn't want your waffle?" I was like yeah 15 minuets ago. I will absolutely not ever return to this location. 9 dollars for 2 eggs and a tea. If the staff worried more about the customers as much as they do playing with each other.
