I ordered a sandwich that I had gotten partially off my rewards points and I had a balance in my Wendy's credit I placed the order. It took the money.... the order never showed up at the restaurant... I never got my food and then the manager argued with me about it when I showed it to her on my phone and I will probably never go to Wendy's again. Actually lost money going to Wendy's

If this Wendy's location doesn't like delivery orders, then they should not accept them. Ordered 3 combo meals and a frosty. only got 3 drinks, no frosty, not one combo meal we ordered. Instead we got a jr hamburger combo meal that we did not order. Even had our receipt of our order on the bag that was delivered but did not get what was ordered. the deliver driver must be just as stupid as the people working at this Wendy's.

Went there this afternoon place to 42 dollar order get home Foods cold missing the chili from a taco salad this isn't the first time that they shorted me on my food but it will be the last I will no longer do service with Wendy's again worst place to go save you money and go to WhataburgerVegetarian options: Always ask for extra never get them Wendy's needs to come in and clean that store out and put some people that wants to do their job in there

I placed a mobile order since they open at 6am at drive thru, when I got there, I waited a few minutes to get a response and finally a lady saw me from the drive through window, only to be doing a hand gesture that they’re closed. Yet, it was already 6:17am. A waste of time. Had to go somewhere else. It was a bad way to start my morning, never again coming back.

I ordered a combo for my son and when we got home I cut his burger in half and seen his meat wasn’t cooked all the way the meat was still PINK. I had to drive back and give them the food back so I asked for them to make him another one but cooked the burger all the way and I Will need fresh fries since the ones we had was cold. The young Hispanic boys at the window had a attitude and went to get the Hispanic lady. I explained everything to her and also told her I would need fresh fries so they remade the burger and gave my back my same fries after dropping them back in the grease. I will not be returning and I see why Wendy’s barely have customers

Unfortunately, we ended up getting food poisoning. Those of us who had the baked potato. One with bacon and cheese and the other had sour cream and chives. My husband had the burger and did not suffer the same fate, thank goodness.
