Good food nice staff just need to work on the time of handling food to customers and be more neat when making the Buffalo sandwich

This review is for the Rosenberg location off 59, just ordered the Good Burger deal and was nothing like has been advertised, it was very dry and didn't have the shredded lettuce instead a green leaf lettuce and the fries were coldThis is my very last time visiting this location, I really want my money back because my dogs enjoyed it more than we did, just gross, Arby's please do better

They might as well take the shop in here out cause they NEVER serve anything. A few years ago, I remember it was open and the employee was super nice. I went in there recently and there was a black lady that was eating candy behind the register and when I asked if it was open (it was 1:30pm), she immediately got an attitude saying she isn’t making anything, that whatever is on the shelves (all cold and old cinnamon rolls) that, that’s it. And she turned around and got on her phone. What is the use of hiring someone if they aren’t doing anything??? Just shut it down or hire someone with a better attitude and will actually WORK.

The restaurant was virtually empty and I was the only person at the drive through window. The burger tasted old and the fries were soggy and overcooked. I now know why Whataburger was packed and Arby's was empty. If things don't improve this location will be closed in a year.

Very rude woman that works in this place. She needs to find another job if she is going to have an attitude!

Stopped at location in Beasley off 59 on our way back from Hobby airport. Had been in Costa Rica for a week and really wanted a roast beef sandwich and a few other items. Anyway , Arby's slogan "we got the beef" wasn't quite accurate . The ONLY employee working that Saturday night was wonderful , cashier, cook, etc ! I ordered some other items which were fine but come on Arby's where's the beef?!!

This review is for the store at 28211 Hiway 59 in Rosenberg. I'm reluctant to post a negative review on a new location, but my experience here was inexcusable. I placed drive thru order for ONE sandwich. The young lady who took my order and cash directed me to park in front of the store. Strange as no customers were ahead of or behind me. I waited about 10 minutes and the same employee came to my car and asked me what I ordered! I told her and waited another 10 minutes. Frustrated, I parked and went into the dining room. I found myself in line behind three other pissed off drive thru customers all of whose orders were wrong. I felt bad for the kid working the register as he was managing all of these complaints apparently caused by the same employee. Just as he figured out how to refund my purchase, the lazy, problematic employee walks up with my sandwich, slams it down on the counter and walks off when I told her I was just refunded my purchase. Arby's and the franchisee need to quickly look into why this hostile, lazy young lady was hired and make training adjustments. Otherwise, it's unlikely that this store will succeed.

Been to this location 3 times in the last 6 weeks. The first one was fine,no problems and good service. The second one we could not get anyone to acknowledge us at the drive thru even after honking the horn. Had to walk inside and order. But I saved the best for last we drove up to drive thru and at 730 pm we were told they had no more roast beef for the night. This is an Arby's, I don't come here for the chicken. I understand COVID and all but his is attached to a 24 hr truck stop. Time management needs to be looked at when running a business and I don't think it is here or someone is just to lazy to do their assigned job you make the call

Love love love Arby's! I get their Classic Arby Sandwich with Horsey Sauce, Curly Fries, and large Coke. I have tried their Gyros. Can't go wrong with either sandwich. The crew that waits on you are always smiling and very helpful.

I have stopped at this location on 5 different occasions and each time I have seen the same sign. "We're closed, sorry for the inconvenience." My question is, when are you open for business? If they are going to be closed, at least stock the shelves with the take and go boxes. Extremely disappointed with this location.

I have always enjoyed Arby's roast beef sandwiches, and am waiting for Arby's to open a location wnere I live. While traveling I noticed this location which is part of a brand new Pilot Travel Stop. The new updated Pilots are well worth stopping for anyway, but Arby's made it perfect. I tried both a roast beef sandwich and one of their new lamb gyros. Both were delicious! I knew to expect that from the roast beef (with plenty of horsey sauce! [horseradish]). However I was skeptical of the lamb gyro... until I tried it. It was so much better than I imagined. A new favorite! Since this location is part of the Travel Stop, if for some reason you have an unbeliever among you who won't try Arby's there are plenty of options around the Travel Stop: pizza, burgers, cafeteria style food, Cinnabon, and the whole store of options. You can still sit together at the nice common dining area. The restrooms were spacious and clean. The young lady who waited on us did a great job. She was friendly, engaging and patient with my family which was rather dazed from being on the road too long. Our order was served was promptly and accurately. You can get a burger anywhere. Arby's really hit the spot. This Arby's and Pilot Travel Stop combo will give Buc-cees some serious competition!
