While we’ve enjoyed the ribs here a few times the service delivery is subpar and the staff rude. A few months ago we ordered dinner online for pickup around 7:15pm. When we arrived at the restaurant at 7:40 they told us very rudely that they closed at 7pm despite the sign on their door and Google saying they close at 8pm. We asked about the order we made and paid for and was reiterated that they’re closed. A few days later I was finally able to get a refund.Saturday April 20th we made another pickup order online within their stated open hours just to arrive at a closed restaurant. I have yet been able to get an answer to my calls for a refund. It’s a shame a restaurant we’ve enjoyed the food from is managed so poorly.

if they do not know then they cannot do anything about it so here: ordered Taco Bomb which is my go to there. Today the food was cold the restaurant was dirty- i noticed they received a B for health grade, eeeek. It was dirty upon entering. The 2 employees working were not super friendly but just ok. it was just dirty so many things need upgrade and deep cleaning even the fans mounted on wall are just nasty, come on. and please serve pork warm the potatoes were meh. the only positive thing to say is the price. $8 for Taco Bomb but disappointed today :(

Food seems to use cheapest ingredients they can reasonably serve, or else is just prepared blandly. That said, it is edible and bbq, so you could do worse. Servers are nice, place is clean. Flies are a risk if you come late in the day.
