Love the food but they can never ever get the order right and for some reason it's a small order they mess up. And why don't they automatically put ketchup in the bag when u order fries????

I went to Burger King on a is a Saturday or could have been a Friday and went and waded through the drive-through no one answered to take the order I did not find out and this was at 9 o'clock that the place was shut down because of a machine malfunction 2 days later I went I had not a problem My order was correct the only thing was my Fried jalapeno cheddar the outside was nice and hot but the inside part of it was cold And partly frozen

On January 6 2022 I placed an online order with Burger King on I-10 frontage road Beaumont Texas for $16.72 (which money is not the issue)..which was a double quarter pounder no onions no mustard large onion ring and a medium fryer and a drinkWith that being said I had to wait an hour and 45 minutes to get my food through doordash yes I understand your food may be cold a bit but that's not on the doordash due to traffic and etcSo when I got food I had onions on it the bread was burnt both buns the meat was also burned which I could not understand I took one meat off eat 1 meat basically a Whopper with cheese but then when I bite into the meat it was not thoroughly cooked so I decided not to even eat the burger I went on to the onion rings which were two different colors like they have fried some and then fried some more I don't know the fries was full of saltI don't order all the time through doordash which once again is not even on the doordash it's on the restaurantI know I'm not the only one that has experienced these problems with fast food. Because basically it is fast food but when you're working first fast food company and know that you're having food delivered to people these companies have to be more thoroughly on people foodI have tried calling them since last night concerning the issue I have not got in contact with anybody all I want is a refund on my food!!Burger King you have to do better with people's food!!

Slow slow slow. I’m the only one in line and died of old age at the speaker. Sat at the speaker 20 minutes and at the window 15. Thanks for the “fast food”!

If I could give no stars I would and I never do that for any type of business. I've came here on multiple occasions and each time my food order is wrong, raw, and drinks are horrible. Even at the window they seem like they don't know what is going on. When there is a problem no one answers the phone. And it's not just one day where phones are not answered, it is every single time no matter what time of day. DO NOT COME HERE unless you want food poisoning and messed up orders!!!

They gave me Stale Cold Fries! And a Flat Dr Pepper in drive thur! So I had to park go inside to return the fries to get Fresh ones and a new drink! My first time at the Newly built Burger King...

2 for $6 is good value. Got senior drink 2 weeks ago but yesterday I was told they don't have senior drink.I will research that. The one in IH10 in Beaumont nearly new and nice.
The food was greasy, and the grease was so gross ? my stomach turned upsidedown. I would give it a 1 star but the staff(highschool-college students) were so friendly and even remade the food. It was definitely the bad grease.

Had an order for 1 spicy chicken, 1 order of 4 cheesy tots, and 1 order of 9pc chicken fries....took almost 30 min for it to be completed....ended up having to get to work and scoff it all down in 8 min so i could eat before my shift started.....15-20min i can barely understand if they are busy both inside and outside...but i was one of the few people inside...no excuse.

This particular Burger King on Frontage Rd. is not the best of the that are located in Beaumont. I was the only person @ the counter, placed my order, then she took the orange juice out & it sat there until my the rest of my order was done. Well my o.j. was hot by the time I got my food. I was not happy. This was not a good experience.
