So on today Carlito’s were off their game….i ordered the lunch enchiladas with an enchilada al la carte covered in chili con queso as I have twice times before….and I must say you all missed the mark…there was barely any queso on my enchiladas and the salsa was watered down matter of fact it was water (see photos)…the rice was hard and over cooked and the refried beans were even loose like water…. I’m very disappointed and I must say I won’t be returning anytime soon the food was disgusting ? to say the least and generally I would go and get my $14.00 back but I felt you all needed to know instead…. I hope someone from the restaurant reads the reviews if not it’s a shame!!! ?? down!!!! Oh and the chicken enchilada was dry!!!
My over-all favorite local place to eat. Many years i have eaten here for lunch or dinner with my friends, family, buisness partners , or just myself if im close by and want to get something good to eat. The food and the staff are always consistent. This place literally is my most visited restaurant (according to google) lol. My absolute fave!!

Mark with Carlito's was very professional and helpful in assisting with the decision making process for catering a short notice lunch for 20 people at a refinery. Every thing was well packaged for travel and freshness. Mark & his team ensured we had everything we needed. The taco trays were a crowd pleaser! I highly recommend them and now have a go-to for catering on the fly!

All I have to say is the $5.50 taco Tuesdays special is so good . I prefer the chicken over the beef because it has more flavor. The server was super lovely and sweet. Always made sure that I was okay.
