At 6 pm its dead. Half the chips were soggy and bendy. Ordered beef fajitas for 2. The rice, beans and pico came out 10 mins before the rest of the food. The pico was just tomato and onion. Fajitas came out and it was only 9 pieces of meat on it. That was 1 and 1/2 pieces on each of our tacos.That was 43 bucks. For basically an appetizer. After the food was brought out it took the waitress 30 mins to check on us. Brought the ticket and disappeared again. After hollering to the back that we wanted to pay, a confused waitress came out wondering why ours didn't come back to cash us out.All in all I still had to cook dinner when we got home.Not worth it. Won't be returning.

The service is always great in drive through and inside .. but today truly topped it off. Waiter Alexander did a great job. Even if he may have had a long day he seemed happy to be there. The food was great as usual. A nice restaurant after all these years..☺️?

The chips and salsa weren't good. They used to be amazing, but they obviously aren't using the original recipe for the salsa anymore. The fajitas were good, but expensive. There were only a few people there, yet our waitress acted like the place was packed. I was very disappointed and won't be going back.

Service was poor food was no good order a chicken fried stale had to eat it with cheese cause last min they said they didn’t have. No gravy smh ??♂️ and got my food like 45 mins later after my family was allready done with there food NEVER COMEING HERE
2 adults and 1 child eating. Each meal came out along. The last one 10 minutes after the second. The final meal was so hot everyone was finished eating before I started even then I had to hurry and it was not enjoyable.

The restaurant was completely under staffed. The servers that were there did what they could. The absolute biggest problem was hair in the food!!!While eating our lunch my wife discovered a long hair in her enchiladas. She had to send her plate back twice because I came out to the table wrong both times. The first time wasn't even what she ordered at all. This Casa Ole didn't rate the one star but I had to put something. I obviously don't recommend this location at all.Look closely you can see the hair.EDIT: SO the owner commented on this post asking me to send a comment with my contact information to the corporate page.I did so and have not received any feed back from them at all. I appreciate the response from the store ,however there is no affirmation as to how this will be prevented in the future.

We stopped for lunch on our way from Houston back to Louisiana… we were in and out in 35 minutes. The food was fresh and delicious! Chips and salsa were great. Our waitress was super friendly and I think it’ll be our new lunch spot on our trips from now on!
