This was the very first place I ever had boba tea. Brings back such good memories bc I now love boba so much. It was the first in Beaumont inside of the mall to have something like this. And shockingly, it's still thriving. Although I hear it's gone down hill a bit but everytime I come back to try it, it's the same nostalgic taste to me. My first fav was the chocolate milk tea. I go here EVERY TIME I visit the mall. Never fails. They have lots of options, all of which that I've tried have been great. They offer boba tea, which is what I always get (and love!). They offer a stamp card as well! Don't forget to ask for one! (:

Cha Cha Teahouse!!!! I used to come here when Osaka Grill was still in Pardale Mall's cafeteria.So, I love this place. I would always buy their smoothies with tapioca! The staff/workers here are friendly which made me always feel comfortable. Nothing concerns me about this place. I would recommend!!!! Great place!!!! Their smoothies are by far the best if you're looking for something to refresh, but don't drink too fast or you're going to get a brain-freeze, lol...
